The company that are selling the hatchimals on gogroupie get shocking reviews on trust pilot. AVOID in my opinion!!

Have you read the reviews? Sounds like one big headache even to get money back if anything goes wrong!

Yeah I looked but it’s a very small amount of reviews for the amount of products they sell

Ordered 2. missed the £33 option from Amazon Italy that someone posted few days back

how do we know you aren't working with them to steal our money?

I'm with @tiggyandpops on this, it seems very fishy with all those bad reviews in 2017

seems like a big scam to me

I've purchased and given heat, I've ordered through Paypal so if anything goes wrong I can always get my money back

Purchased too thru PayPal so for all those dissing it with that and credit card protection I’m covered.

you sound eager to silence me because I pointed out the trustpilot reviews?? what are you hiding?!?!?

These look like the old hatchimals and not the new glitter ones that they sell.

When paid through PayPal, credit card protection doesn't work.

I've got to say that it looks like in this case they have a point, even their own site 'testimonials' show problems with the company.

direct2public.co.uk/ind…=29

"I've sent two messages on your contact page, tried calling several times but no answer and left an email....... Can you please tell me how I go about getting a replacement??"

"I have received my Zero Gravity Chairs but not the Table that is in the set. Please can you send the TABLE A.S.A.P."

Considering that these are reviews that the company has chosen to put on their website I would have serious concerns ordering anything with them.

And Paypal will only refund once the item has been returned (potentially, at your own expense). Having gone through this with a faulty item bought through ebay, where paypal refused to refund until I sent the item to China (despite buying from a UK seller) and postage was more than the item cost I would never rely on Paypal protection again - my advise would be to pay direct by credit card if you want to risk it.

Section 75 only applies to purchases above £100 so if you did you wouldn’t be covered. PayPal IS the best option!

Yes. I say so on 2 seperate purchase lost out both times with PayPal. On one occasion payment was £55, still credit card protection worked.
