Sensible, now you know not to get a real pet.

How is a hatchimal like a real pet?

My daughter loves her Guinea Pigs

My 6 year old son loves his Hatchimal, which he puts to bed in its egg. He particularly enjoys the game where you ask Hatchy a question (usually 'is Daddy smelly?' or similar) and then laughs like a witch when Hatchy answers 'uh huh!'

I can't understand all the negative reviews. I actually think it's a pretty good toy. I just wish I'd not thought to wait for a pre-Christmas discount back in October and just bought it there and then. I won't be doing that again!

I think the negative reviews are that when they hatch they don't do a lot.

In comparison to Furby's, Hatchimals are just terrible
