Thank you
I need a good electrician
We had one of these in our living room until recently. Here's a tip - wedge the glasses in their holders with paper or similar if you're mounting them on a ceiling with a floor above it. Depending on how bouncy your floor is the glass makes a lot of noise when people walk around above the fitting.

BIG difference between 'where' and 'we're'.

you don't need an electrician to fit these. Just make a note of which wires are connected to which in your current fitting and put them in the same order in the new one. Just make sure you switch the supply off at the fuse board first!

If someone thinks they need an electrician they probably do. The poster could be elderly or physically not capable of using a step ladder or similar. Alternatively, ask a friend with a bit of DIY know how.

if you've still got the light fitting I'd be interested in buying the glass shades off you as my sister knocked one off at xmas and it smashed and Argos don't do spares.
