These are fantastic. Very economical to run and a very practical solution to drying clothes during cold wet, rainy days.

I am looking for a heated airer. If those voting cold could point me to a better deal, then that would be appreciated. Thanks

Why the cold votes?
This sounds a good
deal. Hot and thanks
for the post.

Does seem odd, 20% off looks good to me. But money saving is often secondary to a number of people here. It's usually do i want this? if yes then it's voted hot. If people don't like the product or manufacturer then it's voted cold (see Apple postings for details).

No doubt the people voting cold will be able to post a similar item at a much lower price.

Looks good, I never knew they even existed. Why the cold votes?

so do the bars heat up on this? Argos has one which you zip up around the airer wouldn't that be mite economical to run as you wouldn't lose any heat? just thinking out loud here, I've got a washer dryer so I dint need one of these but for those who don't this seems a good option especially in summer when thou don't want to turn your radiators on but it's chucking it down outside.

link to Argos one argos.co.uk/m/s…htm and it's cheaper with £11 off currently

JML Dry buddy has a 1200w motor – which costs a bit more to run than the 200w drying stand

Hot. Some people obviously don't mind having clothes all over the radiators and the electricity bills that come with bumping the heating or putting on the tumble drier. I've had this item for a couple of years and it has almost made the tumble drier redundant, all bars apart from the stand part heat up and it does dry incredibly quickly. Its two years old and used for hours on end almost every other day. One of the best buys ever and no, I don't work for Lakeland

just curious as I'm a family of 6 we have loads of clothes dryer dries in 50 mins but that's half a load the other half goes on my radiator.

so how many people in your family and can you dry all the clothes at once on this and how long does it take to dry them? thanks it's much easier asking someone that actually has the product rather than buying it and then finding that it's useless for you.

I was going to post this as just spotted it in town. Been waiting for this to go in sale for a while. Heat added.

Voted hot. I bought this last year at full price and it's worth every penny.

The bars get hot (well, warm) on this - yes. It's not comparable to the Dri-Buddy really, this costs a fraction of the price to run.

The larger version takes a large machine load of clothes. I usually leave it on overnight; put the clothes on before I go to bed and most are dry enough to take down in the morning. Very heavy clothes (thick hoodies, or large towels) are still slightly damp.

The best bit about buying from Lakeland is their guarantee. If you buy it and find it's not for you, you can return at anytime. Worth a punt!

I have one, it's fantastic. I put a duvet cover over it (like a tent) and a large (8kg load) dries over night. I used to use washable nappies and I could get 20+ dried over night. Great with 20% off.

I am going to order the three tier airer. I looked at getting it earlier this year but was waiting for a special offer (never like to buy anything full price!). Thanks OP.

Also you can get a free Oodle Doodle icing set worth £15.98 with promo code iCE14 on orders above £59.99

This is a fantastic deal, I don't know why people are voting it cold. I know someone who has one and swears by it, also saying it's worth the full price. If you haven't got a tumble dryer (or have lots of clothes/bedding which aren't suitable for one) it's brilliant and so cheap to run. I'm getting one ordered as I haven't seen one discounted before

Thankyou to loueylemon for the free gift code. Been eyeing this up for ages and finally bought it.
