£3 cheaper than I got it for and I’m really happy with ours! The controller is better than my expensive electric blanket.

Recommend if you are after one.

Voted hot due to price reduction, good find @sisqoboy .

Cousin bought the blanket about 3 days ago (and received the item just less 10 mins ago).

Called customer service hoping they'd be able to refund the difference (due to current reduction) since the item only just arrived.

1st-line support was okay, the second line support was very unprofessional and uncourteous.

    Overall, poor customer service. (edited)

Currently sitting here under one. Amazing. Costs 7p an hour on max according to my smart meter

Brilliant brilliant item. Heat the person not the home. I use mine on 1 during the whole night 9 hours. How much do you think it costs ph?

I bought one of these afew years ago and it's amazing for the price, I've had far more expensive ones stop working in that time. The cutout at high temps is by design, if you select a temp that's five or below it stays heated longer. Although I find if you select high (9) it really does get very hot and so it retains alot of the heat after it goes off too. (edited)

No idea why this company is allowed on here. They are scammers, I ordered one of these blankets back in October. They emailed me to say they were out of stock but would be in stock in 8-10 weeks time.
I waited. And waited. And waited.
I emailed them last month, they tried blaming it on postal strikes, then gave me a fake tracking number a d said it was lost in the post.

I urge you to avoid these rogues at all costs.

    That’s a shame
I was about to order one until I read your review thanks

How can they be machine washable with plugs and wires?
    ashyt16turbo's avatar
    They're detachable (edited)

Anyone else have issues with this blanket not keeping the temperature?

I found that mine didn't stay warm for long, even if still on the H or 7 setting. Not sure if by design or faulty.

It may be like my other branded one that if you put it on high it will on stay on for 1 hour, safety feature.

I got mine for 19 pounds before the hope. Maybe they will reduce the prices a bit later on

Does this start working as soon as it's plugged in or do you have to click a button? I'm thinking to use it with a smart plug
    MegMc20's avatar
You have to manually switch it on and then set the heat/time

Think there's a Tom Jones song about these. 🎶 Burning down the house! 🎶

I paid £45 for mine and it was worth that tbh

    These are great!

Word of warning. Keep away from dogs

Sadly been through about 4 of these as my pet dog seems to think the wires inside are chew toy things.

Safe to say he’s not allowed in the room unattended now
