surprised waitrose stocks baked beans..............and not really a deal as = 2.40 for 4 normal cans
Like the fact there is no added sugar. Which more foodstuff was like this.
not a deal for me either the 400 gram tins are 50p so for that reason im cold
so if these 200g are normally 65p then 400g =£1.30 a can yeah right, 32p is overpriced for 200g who are they trying to kid !
So almost double the cost per gram of Branston beans. Not a deal to me.

Ah, it is Waitrose. where most things are super expensive.
Look at prices of Pringles, 2l fizzy drinks e.g. 7-Up, Dr Peppers etc and you walk out the store and go to to Asda thinking "am I a fool"? (£1 -v-s £1.65).

It is a struggle to buy anything much at a decent price to get your free coffee!
I suppose one has to watch this site for the Waitrose price match deals.

In "my day" one big can would feed 3 people. Now one can often feeds just one teenager.
People just eat too much nowadays. They think they have to eat until their bellies are full as opposed to when their hunger is satisfied.
