why you leaving a negative mark? can you get them cheaper elsewhere?

Hi fellow Wire! I catch the train from Birchwood every day. Will be stocking up with beans from Asda on the way home. I'm cooking this week-end and was looking for something special for the Mrs!! Sorted!!

Warmed up your beans a little.

cheers was waiting for an offer on beans as running low and like to bulk buy when cheap hothothot

heat added

ps some people leave neg because they don't want it :)

just a pity I didnt know about this earlier, ended up buying 2 x 4 cans in Costcutters for £1.69 each, this is a better deal, would prob have worked out nearly 10 for the price of the 8 i got.

ah well, looks like I'll just have to stock up on more

Daylight robbery what they are charging for beans nowadays. I always had HP beans as I found them to have a better sauce than Heinz.
Then Branston beans came along - they have developed their sauce and they have been cheapest previously and I got hooked on those. Now they've gone back up in price and I tried these Heinz ones - they are awful in comparison, sauce doesn't have much flavour and not as many beans!.

Agreed, Heinz products are all universally lousy. I was one who knew no better until circumstance pushed me to try others, and it turns out they are ALL better!
Branston beans are £1.09 for a 4 pack in Home Bargains if you have one near you, (and are often around that when on offer at Somerfield)

Thanks for posting your first deal ibashir786!

There are still many of us who, having tried the rest, still believe:

Beanz Meanz Heinz

With a four pack typically costing £1.98 in most stores and even FarmFooods having increased their price of Heinz Baked Beans to 45p per can, this is a good deal.

Heat & rep added!

hi nice find cheap at this price:thinking:

Heinz is nothing special, I find them quite bland. If it wasn't for the brand name some/most people would have dropped them long ago.

Does anyone know what happened to the blue tin HP beans? They were really nice. They seem to have been replaced by the Branston ones. Recently got 4 for 99p in poundstrecther.

This should be the price for all beans!
