This 7 piece knife block set from the Henckels Four Star range offers tremendous value. The knives feature secure grip, shaped handles which are a well known design. The wooden knife block comes complete with: 8cm (3 inch) vegetable knife, 13cm (5 inch) utility knife, 16cm (6 inch) slicing knife, 20cm (8 inch) chef's knife, 23cm (9 inch) sharpening steel and multi-purpose kitchen shears.

A ton is a bargain for this knife block set (if you appreciate quality) and are great for the enthusiast or pro chef. I got some pictures on my mobile phone but can't figure out how to get them on here. doh! Cheapest I found online was £225 but that's a little overpriced IMHO. I have three Henckels knives and they rule. Easy to sharpen as well.

Please don't compare these to the 'Henckels International' set you can get from Amazon or the low quality seconds from TK Maxx - they are not the same.

About 20 of them in the Leicester store but they might have some in the Swindon shop too. Worth a trip and there were loads of other bargains in the outlet store too including loads of Bench clothing for the Chavs!

They also had Five Star sets for £150 and some Global knives too but they were £200 and no-one here is going to think that's a hot deal!

You don't know the HUKD'ers too well then!!!
lol

"Worth a trip and there were loads of other bargains in the outlet store too including loads of Bench clothing for the Chavs!"

Is there any need to insult people who wear a particular brand of clothing in a knife post?

IMHO people who just throw rude comments about other around say more about themselves than those they criticise.

What a banal statement! Just trying to inject a bit of humour into eveyone's lives. It's not Bench I have it in for, just people who choose to to prostitute themselves as walking billboards.

Chav is a derogatory term applied to certain young people in the United Kingdom. The stereotypical image of a "chav" is a white aggressive teen or young adult, of working class background and is often assumed to be unemployed or in a low paid job. The term is often used as a mnemonic for 'council house and violence'.

"banal" - I don't think so. think before you type! if you wish to inject humour, do so at your own expense, not other's!

Honestly, get a life. You know how to use Wikipedia, hooray!

Your comment is utterly banal - expand on it to actually say something rather than imply that you are intelligent.

To spell it out as this is obviously what is required for you... I look at this web site to read about bargains that other people have found. It's called "hotukdeals" not "offensivepersonalopinions"! I do not read it to be subjected to your opinions on the clothes people wear, the music that they listen to, the computers they like to use, the books they read, etc., especially when those opinions are offensive and insulting. It's unnecessary. There are enough web sites and blogs where you can express those opinions and where I will not be subjected to them as I will choose not to visit. Got it?

Who let the PC Brigade in? I personally read it as a passing comment, why are you getting so upset? Do you wear Bench?
