Good luck getting a Down jacket for £15!

Personally I don't like down. When it gets wet it takes forever to dry and can leave the jacket out of shape. And don't even think about how some birds suffer to provide the down peta.org/iss…ic/ . Often the down pokes its way through the outer material and looks like you have dandruff as well.
Just make sure whatever clothing is purchased that you really NEED it... The clothing industry is the second largest polluter on the planet.

I just can't bring myself to buy any products with feathers or leather. Its just too depressing to think of what we're doing with the animals.

Why should I care? Doesn’t have any bearing on me or my well-being. If I like it and I can afford it, I really don’t care the practice behind it.

People have been killing, skinning and eating animals since way before you were an twinkle in your daddy’s sack. That is never going to change.

Let me guess, your vegan too, right?

That's what's wrong with the world, no one really cares about others well-being. Your actions will always have consequences and I'm terribly sorry for what future generations will have to endure.

So, any recommendations for a really warm winter jacket besides this at this price point?
