For anyone who has never used one of these they aren’t the easiest to carry around the house and hoover stairs with but you can basically play a game of football with it, reverse over it with your car and it will still suck better than one of Amsterdams finest. The only hoover I know that works just as good on the lawn for picking up leaves as it does on a carpet.

I have always thought these were toys for children. Ugly vacs.

I reckon only a child would think they’re a toy
Bought one from currys at the same price, Way more efficient and quicker on carpets and flooring for me . Light , Small , easier to do stairs.
My Dyson was ALWAYS getting blocked, Even small bits of paper blocked it up
I hovered up one of the kids last week, Didn’t even notice

I've got the Henry XL & it's better as doesnt fill up as quickly but the power on it is extremely good & lots of additional tools included
We've got one of these.

It sucks.

I sold my Henry and went for a James as it is much lighter to carry.
Everyone’s raves about Henry’s but to be honest they’re awkward at best on carpets
Also in Tesco
Best hoovers ever. No issues with carpets, floors or stairs. Had mine about fifteen years.
I wouldn't recommend. Heavy, awkward to use.

Absoultely. My personal recommendation to anyone is a cordless (I have a Dyson v6) for basic quick jobs and because it's easy to move around and then a Henry as you can point it at anything. Great if you have done some DIY, got plaster everywhere, great even on counters to suck up crap, great in the shower, inside the microwave/cooker etc, I use it everywhere, it's a real powerhouse, deffo worth it.

Really good deal, my poor Henry has been stored away as the Dyson V10 I recently purchased blows it out the water! but that machine was 3 x the price. I prefer using Henry for the car though, the Dyson is too bulky for that.

The only reason I never consider buying this product and would never change my mind.
All Numatic Henrys are Bagged Down side is compared to upright is the weight and hose and pipes most firms use Numatic Vacs as there cheap

Hey man your last deal . I hate kettle chips wouldn’t recommend
Great bit of kit, had one for 12+years just bought new bucket filter and hose with all attachments for £20. Never used a bag with it though. No dust, and the kids aren't choking on allergens! I do have a gtech for the living room carpet because the rotating brush does a better job on it.
For anything else, ceiling corners, hard floors, large debris, car, small animals, children too slow to lift their feet, it is excellent.
41893682-QPfkq.jpgWhy is you never see a numatic vacuum at the tip but there 100's of Dyson?
Also the lighter James can be found for £99 as well

Thought about buying one as a spare but it'd probably just gather dust
Had one pack up on me recently after not that much use tbh, albeit out of warranty. You're better off getting a wet/dry from screwfix for half the price. Had mine 3 years now and it's brilliant. screwfix.com/p/t…516

Definitely not better off ... it’s not as strong and the attachments are poor . I know because I have both and a v6 for quick zaps
The only problem with considering buying a Henry or one of his siblings, is now I see them everywhere. Every other office building I walk past, every tradesman’s van, I went to the British Library reading room the other week and there was a little red man with his giant eyes following me around, smiling like a serial killer.
I wonder whether they'll start making them with more watt power after the transition period of leaving the EU is over.
Bought one for £70 from Asda a couple of months ago and posted the deal but it got removed.

Asda isn’t a trusted retailer and needs to become more reviewed and established
Ridiculous that it takes hoover bags that have plastic parts on them to go in landfill. I have an old Henry with a reusable filter and it's absolutely fine. Convenience for plastic waste is something we need to be moving away from.
The best most reliable hoover ever made. Just goes on and on and on. Deos what it says on the tin, unlike some other brand i could mention...

I didn't know that they have to use bags now! I always thought using a bag was optional! Mine is an old one as well, I've only just replaced the bucket filter after 12 years. Needing a bag seems a step backwards.

Definitely not easy to carry around the house but boy do they suck and are they built well. Little to no flimsy and hollow plastic I can find on mine and it’s 16 years young and still going strong. Bought the “pro kit” for it and the turbo brushes are amazing for rugs and stairs.
