Just buy one. Had ours 15 years and it's still going strong.

The parts themselves are still rock solid and should last just as long as the originals did. But the power has been reduced over time with vacuum cleaners in general, not just Numatic/Henry.

Good luck with finding one of these discontinued models still sealed in box. From memory it's been quite a while since they went out of production so I don't imagine there will be many out there to buy as new stock anymore.

Just bought the 600w to replace the old 1200w and I'd say it's even better than the old. Quiet and powerful.....the noise of suction is louder than the actual motor! Love it!

I have both versions at work, they both have identical performance. In fact I'd say the 600w is better as it's quieter and uses less power. Suction wise, I have not noticed any difference between the two.

Had ours 10 years. Died last week. Used a multimeter to find a break in the wire. cut and snipped the lead so it's shorter by half a metre and removed the PCB board so it's only high power. Other than that, a new brush head and it's running smooth.

Kind of reminds of the same broom we've had in the house for the last 20 years. Only changed the handle 12 times and the brush 15. But that brooms going strong.
