Good price, has anybody had experience with the brand? There are no netto's up here in Scotland any way but the large battery makes this look like a hot deal to me.

Banned

I am sorry but it look disgusting and is unbranded and only 8.9" screen.

[FONT="Verdana"]Looks not bad but my only concern is what physical size is the hard disk - I remember seeing somewhere that this netbook comes with a 1.8" hard disk rather than a 2.5" hard disk, so it would be more difficult to swap them out with a larger capacity one.

Other than that concern it seems a good deal and does look similar to the Dell Mini 9 netbooks.

i think the samsung nc10 is better for the money, with some of the prices around at the moment for £50 extra 10.2" screen and a 160gb hard drive and a decent make, it looks like a vtech kids laptop:)

I'm voting hot. (I'm an NC-10 owner & yes it's better, but it is a bit more expensive. Not everyone has an 'extra' 50bucks kikin' aboot)

I must say, the hinges on that Netto thingumy-jig look a bit scary, but its pretty good spec for the price & warranty seem good. Good deal methinks.

Nothing wrong with 60gb for this sort of machine. It will normally be used for surfing, email etc?

[FONT="Verdana"]Agree but you would be surprised at the number of people I know who want larger capacity hard disks to store movie & music media files on it - from some of the members I've helped out here 60GB is a drop in the ocean I'm afraid.
