Code for 10% off Mirra 2: 8DM

I understand this is going to be fairly niche as it is an expensive mid/high end office chair. I'm unsure if the code is unique but a popup will appear after awhile (disable adblocker) when playing around with the drop down options. The code seems to work for multiple Mirra 2 in the same basket.

The second cheapest place I can find this is around £660 and direct from Herman Miller it is around £704.00.

If you want an easier to clean and cheaper back select the Triflex, however it isn't as comfortable as the butterfly back option.

The site claims to be part of Space Efficient Interiors Ltd: "As part of Space Efficient Interiors Ltd we are authorised UK dealers for a wide range of well-known and respected global commercial furniture manufacturers."

Space Efficient Interiors are a authorised Retailer: hermanmiller.co.uk/whe…tml

The site is fairy shoddy, some of the links are broken or do not go where they say they will. Proceed at your own risk, you may wish to contact Herman Miller to confirm they are a legit re-seller and part of Space Efficient Interiors Ltd.

The WHOIS info of spaceff.co.uk & theofficefurniturestore.co.uk are similar which is reassuring.

Its a good price but unless you’re in a rush to buy one the just keep an eye out on eBay. Office clearances come up all of the time and these regularly come up. I’d never buy an office chair new.
mmmm let me just ask the wife , holiday or chair ! well i never , she said holiday ! sorry chair have to wait till the 95% sale then maybe just maybe !

They are great chairs. I find it baffling that people on here are happy to spend £600-1000 on a phone every 1/2 years that often makes them look down for prolonged periods, leading to back pain, neck pain and ill health. But a decent chair that should last 10 years+ that helps reduce back and neck pain is pushed aside. It is the same as when people cheap out on a mattress that could last a significant period of time. Can't help everyone

Good point. I think the only issue is with second hand Herman Millers is that it can sometimes be hard to judge the age. Looking at how shiny the arms are can be a good indication if the re-seller isn't sure. Also I don't think the 12 year warranty is transferable unfortunately.

Unfortunately a lot of the people can't afford this chair and will down vote it for this reason alone :-(

I understand it isn't for everyone but buying a chair that is ergonomically designed with a 12 year warranty my pay off in the long run.

Our office have these in the mesh version and they’re amazing chairs. If you think this chair will last 10 years then it’s worth the price imho.
Any one have any experience with their Embody model? Aesthetically they look better than Aeron but can’t find them very often on eBay.
I prefer my Steelcase, have a Think model.
I got the steelcase gesture, worth every penny
i sit on the floor
I have used an Aeron for 15 years. I bought it from local secondhand office furniture shop near to me which sadly doesn't exist anymore. It came from failed startup company (lesson to be learnt there) and was in mint condition. A sound investment in comfort.
At this price its 'ripe' for the poor public services

Yep me too. I tried a few HM chairs and I never got on with them. Have had the the Leap V2 and now the Think and much prefer them for comfort.
Can I quote Health & Safety to try and get my boss to order one of these for me?
Cold.

A lot of people can't afford so will down vote? It's cold cos it's over £500 for a office chair, hello? The people that would buy this are the ones with the money problems.
nice looking chair
I can't see much difference to the Aeron, but HM are the most comfortable chairs out there. No squeaks over time, retain their shape and continually support.

If you are sitting on a chair at a desk daily for your job, you need HM in your life. Pay now, or pay with your back later.
I guess the issue is whether or not this amount for a chair that you may be sat in for 8 hours at a time is worth it to you (and your back). I bought a used, refurbished HM Mirra off ebay for £80 and couldn't be happier.

I had a Steelcase Leap for 10 years and now I have had a Gesture for 3 or 4 years. I marginally prefer the Leap.
I was considering a HM (Aeron or Mirra) at the time, but I could find no retailer willing to let me try it for a week. I was willing to actually pay for the test and shipping. So I stayed with Steelcase.

Either this deal or a good quality one from eBay are really a must if you're working from home a lot and sat a lot. I tried cheaper chairs and my back ended up in agony. Now I would only think about a decent quality chair from HM or Steelcase.

When I am in the office we have both HM and Steelcase. I must admit, I do prefer my Steelcase over the HM as well. But they're both such great chairs.

You shouldn't have to. Your boss should be supplying you with a decent quality office chair if he values you as an employee. It doesn't have to be one of these. It should though offer a wide range of adjustments and offer great support of your whole body. When you spend anything up to 8 hours a day sitting down it is essential. It will also pay for itself over the years when you don't need to replace it and your staff don't need to take time off due to bad backs.

What phone do you have and how often do you get a new phone?

I use my office chair for around 8 hours a day, for me a chair that lasts 10+ years is a good investment in my back and comfort.

This is a good price for this exact chair. It may not be a good price for a chair in general, but then the same goes for most products in life.

I have a Samsung s5 mate and not gonna be upgrading anytime soon...
Which 95% sale?
Love my HM Aeron. I’m adding heat. Ppl are voting cold when they don’t know the product. Anyone who does, sees their worth. This is a genuine deal.
Have some heat OP, great price for a new HM.
