The HP Standard Keyboards represent a design extension of the successful Easy Access keyboards. The HP Standard Keyboards introduce expanded configurability by allowing the keyboard to sit upon the desk at either zero-degree (flat), 6-degree or 12-degree slope through the use of the keyboards tilt legs. Hence you receive a wider range of configurable slope options to maximize your comfort when using these keyboards. The HP Standard keyboards also simplify system administration tasks as no additional reprogramming or redirector software is required to be maintained or supported with these keyboards. The keyboard software device drivers are an integral part of the client operating system. This keyboard is compatible with all HP Compaq Business Desktops (except the dc5000 series and the d530 ultra slim desktop).

It probably isn't. Most sites seem to use stock photos of the products, which also usually tend to be the US version

Notice the description says 'Localisation : English - United Kingdom', yet in the photo the @ symbol is where it is on US keyboards, plus there's no £ sign...

i have the exact same keyboard in USB form at work, i like working with it

if you doesn't make a massive difference to you that it's US format, then its a relatively decent deal. for day to day typing its a pretty comfortable keyboard.

Hi, I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to computers. I have a Toshiba laptop on which a few keys are broken. What is must ask, is whether this keyboard would be compatible with my laptop.
Thanks in advance.

This is a PS2 connection which is mostly found on PCs, although some older laptops do have it. If your laptop has USB ports any USB keyboard will do and prob the way to go..

Is this really a great deal, I tried to sell 2 ps2 keyboards (in full working order) at a car boot a week or so ago for 10p..no one wanted them

Voted cold... Playstation 2's are old now!

Ps2 connection? Whats that!!!

Thanks for posting - ordered

wow PS/2 plug? if it's sold 5 years ago at this price it will be still convicing...

COLD - i can take these free from work

I've used these in the past; they're really decent for the price.
For the record, there's no benefit to USB over PS/2. If anything, PS/2 is better as it doesn't require the CPU to function; it's instantly identified as a keyboard as it can't be anything else (likewise with a mouse).

Alot of ps2 keyboards have problems with multiple simultaneous keystrokes which is a pretty important 'benefit' on usb keyboards if playing games, not to mention motherboards are phasing the connection out (_;)

The picture is an American layout keyboard. I use this keyboard at work (usb version), it has a regular enter key. I'm assuming they are selling the UK layout keyboard.

Nice keyboard though nice large, well spaced keys. Usually £15, so a good price.

can also get a ps2 to usb adaptor, but then again with that added on probably cheaper just to get a usb keyboard
