This was my day-to-day use paper.

The best 100gsm A4 paper at afford price.

Better than the 100gsm Canon at Currys.

Now amazon has not had stock for a year, some 3rd party selling stupid price £25 for 250 pages on amazon. My stock run out already.

Need to stock some, just need to find a staple store.

Yes, 250 pages. When making price comparison, people need to take into account of that.

I think OP desclosed in the description already.

It is not going to win on price compare to 80gsm.

It will win on price/quality combination against other 100gsm. Currys has £5 for 500 pages Canon 100gsm. But this one quality is better. I much prefer £3 for this 250 pages.

I do not have staples near me. I cannot be bother to drive there for paper.

Actual OP said a ream=250 sheets (which of course it isn't

Personally if this is mainly for photographs, I would prefer glossy, you get much better dark colours

Do not understand why is the discussion keep going on.

A ream does not have to be 500 pages. The details normally tell you how many sheets per Ream. In this case, it is 250 sheets per ream. Just pay attention to the number of sheets.

Agree with glossy paper for photographs, No one is promoting this paper for photos. The details OP copied must be per HP and is talking about double side colour printing, not really talking about photo printing. When the details talked about photo printing, it is normally more specific like this "this HP photo paper with a gloss finish is affordable and easy to use, making it ideal for photos".

Do not know why you are mentioning that. It is mainly used for writing, printing and photocopying. That is what I used it for too.

If you would like 100gsm, this exactly paper is good choice as high quality and good price at £3 for 250 pages.

If you do not mind use 80gsm and do not want to pay extra over normal 80gsm, this is not for you.
If you want 500 sheets than by 2 pack which will cost 5.98 which is still good value!
