Its nearly summer, and it is possible you are staying in the UK. If you need a shelter on the beach, or for sitting on the sidelines of your child's football match during inclement weather, this 'quick up' shelter might be for you. Need the 'discount card' for Go Outdoors £5 per annum.

A larger alternative is available from Costco £45 at the following: costco.co.uk/vie…62O (remember to add 5% if not a Costco member)

Seems a bit expensive for what is essentially a tent with missing sides!

Beach shelter from halfords is £13.49 and a better design IMO

It isn't the cheapest, but the idea is that you don't have to thread the poles through, which can be a real faff, the Lightspeed Version is shown being erected at the following link... http://youtu.be/TypoGJ7omVU

I guess like the UK Summer, this will be a cold one

This is a significantly smaller kids play tent!

I did some research before buying and this one got best reviews - I've had it for almost 2 years/several sun (and wind) holidays and would agree. £20 is good, you might be able to find it a couple of quid cheaper elsewhere (think I paid around £15)

Not at all, the infant size is decent. The junior size is quite large - http://www.amazon.co.uk/The-Ninja-Corporation-2170-Playshade/dp/B00066LFJ8/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1369849294&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=junior+playshade

They are the best I have seen. They pop up and offer good protection. I wouldn't buy any other product. If you are in any doubt, then read the Amazon reviews. The tent is self supporting with weights (i.e. you add sand from the beach to the side pockets) and it stays put. Pop-up is the way forward.

The product that has been posted above is going cold because it looks incomplete and is pricey.

The original item does come with sides, they are just not on the illustration, but I think that the Lightspeed version does look better value, especially at £42 from eBay.

Your link was to an infant tent 90x130x100. OPs deal was for a shelter 120x170x170. You didn't mention a junior tent. Your link is for a completely inferior type of pop-up, the type where you have to wrestle the darn thing and get it into a Half Nelson / Boston Crab position before you have any chance of putting it back into its carry case. OPs deal is a shelter from the wind, sun AND rain, your tent doesn't mention rain. I rest my case.
