Designed to fit only the HTC Desire HD - Keep a spare battery at home, in the office or while travelling so you will never miss that important call. This battery has an extended life and using Lithium Ion technology is protected against the 'memory effect'.

These high capacity replacement batteries are each designed & tested specifically for your phone model. The high capacity battery also enhances battery performance by offering a lower internal resistance for extended life over our standard battery. Our batteries are safe to use, identical in size & shape to the original manufacturer's batteries and far better value.

Does this fit in the Wildfire?

I could do with a spare battery - anyone know if this one will last as long as the original?

I'm wary of third party batts claiming superior mah...they invariably never match the originals !!

I have got a 1600mah battery. My phone now last 1.5 days with Auto 3G app. Turning off 3G when not in use makes a massive difference to battery life.

a quick search on ebay shows multiple sellers form china selling 2x 1600mah batteries (yes TWO batteries) + stand alone charger for about £6-8

But it will take two weeks to come from China!

I got a 3000mah just under a tenner and came from China took less than 2 weeks and works like a dream last over 2 days easy. Downside come with a replacement back to enclose the bigger battery but I like it make the phone easier to hold.

if you look at how hes sold 397 he has sold them at £7 maybe he has set the price to £999 as he doesnt have them in stock to avoid customers purchasing and when he does have them in stock hel set it back to £7

Anyone know what the standard battery capacity is for the samsung galaxy s and whether anyone sells increased capacity batteries?

I bought one of these for my Desire HD - a definate improvement, didn't take too long to arrive

I got mine for 2.5 from ebay no difference

From reading around Android forums, some of the Chinese ebay batteries are rebadged and/or useless compared to the original battery. Wondering if it's worth my while going for this one.

The Mugen batteries are supposedly reputable.

That one is for the Desire, not the HD.

..Well, I got this, and I'd say Avoid, unless you don't mind having a spare battery in your bag.

With GreenPower, the capacity is read as exactly the same as the HTC Desire HD battery. It's also rather tricky to remove, whereas the HTC slides out easily, the BMC 1600mAh takes a bit of prodding and tapping.

This one is reckoned to give a few more hours' use, however: amazon.co.uk/EXT…1-3 (cheaper on their ebay shop). And yes, I realise it's quoted as 1500mAh!

how come this is listed as being 4 decades and 1 year ago, also why is it expired? seems to be a good deal to me?
