Looking at the reviews they seem good for the price. Wonder how good they are at drowning out ambient noise.
Nearly every review contains images and videos which means they're fabricated from people who are putting lots of effort to market the product. The average consumer would just put in a paragraph or two at most. In other words, they're fake reviews.

​Not necessarily. Just checked reviewer M.I.5. who has reviewed many other items with 1/2 stars too. Seems to be genuine to me. Same for Oliver Davies, another reviewer.

I guess it's possible but can be so difficult to be sure one way or another with Amazon reviews.
