I recently bought a black granite sink and have been looking for a tap to match it for weeks so I could get rid of the naff white one we had before and were using temporarily.

I spotted this tap on taps UK a few days ago and thought it looked really nice in the picture and for the price I thought I'd chance it, and it arrived a day later (very fast for free delivery in my opinion!!)

I have been pleasantly surprised, the tap is sturdy and the satin black finish is perfect, it isn't matte and so it just catches the light which makes it look even better when fitted to my back granite sink. It was also very easy to install with all the stuff my plumber would need to connect it is included.

I am very pleased with this tap and I am so pleased I found it when I did. I hope it helps others in the middle of a plumbing job.

My wife broke my last taps. I told her not to use too much strength, but she had to facet.

Thanks for the info. this tap looks nice (heat added) but beware, I recently bought one of these:

http://www.tapsuk.com/b6008-saturn-chrome-art-deco-kitchen-sink-mixer-tap-b6008.html

And it is absolutely rubbish, feels very cheap and nasty - it's mostly plastic, with chrome paint, water leaks everywhere ... honestly utter ****...

thought it was a smoking pipe lol

I had the exact same design tap but in polished chrome. I personally found the design to be flawed and a real nuisance to get glasses/ cups that are reasonably tall, under it to fill without having to empty the sink. We have a 1 & half bowl, and because of the combination of the taps long arm/reach, angle and ultimately low height spout, you could only tip tall objects like kettles, mixing bowls, glasses etc at a 45 degree angle to fill them, so only half filled. I'd recommend a taller tap instead but thats just my opinion.
