    I think these are great. My top flavours are tropical, strawberry kewi, and blackcurrant. The rest are ok apart from the grapefruit one which I wasn't sure on

    I think orange & cherry is my fave followed by berry, then grapefruit. I'm not particularly fond of the citrus one. (edited)

    Sorry can anyone explain the difference between these and berocca and the cheapo own brand effervescents versions you can get from tesco etc?
    Are they that much better? Or that much better tasting?

    Different products. These tablets are electrolytes (potassium, magnesium, calcium, sodium etc) so good for after/during sport where you’ve sweated a lot. Berocca and similar are effervescent vitamins only I believe but happy to be corrected

    Great for endurance athletes, drop one per bottle and add sugar or carbs and your good to go for about 100km. (3hrs). The maybe a gel or two and done.
