ZERO is the new electrolyte drink from High5; it’s virtually calorie free (1.4 cal per 100ml) and has a light refreshing taste.

Researchers have found that simply drinking Zero instead of a normal carbohydrate sport drink 22 participants burned on average 41% more fat during exercise. Independently tested; Faculty of Biomedical and Life Sciences, University of Glasgow.

Zero is easy to use, drop a tablet in your bottle and it quickly dissolves in water to give you a delicious, refreshing, advanced electrolyte drink with added magnesium. The small recyclable tube contains 20 tablets and makes 15 litres of drink in your own reusable sports bottle, which means optimal hydration with less waste so it’s good for the environment too.

Zero can be an essential part of your anti cramp strategy as cramp has been linked to both dehydration and electrolyte imbalance. Zero contains; sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium.

Zero is perfect for runners, cyclists, hikers, the gym, pro athletes, footballers, racket sports or anyone who wants to stay active and hydrated.

I agree, I tried it by exercising really hard jumping over lighted candles. I just burned off my b""locks, lost 41% of my body weight though.

Yep, sugar and fizzy water... with a few dodgy chemicals.

There's nothing wrong with this stuff, its just like nuun. Not sure it is a great deal as it is the same price as nuun. Worth a punt though.

Nope - You are still thinking of coke. This is a tablet that you put in your bottle and it quickly dissolves in water. I believe after you drink it you look like your avatar though.
