Highland Park 12 is often £25 in Morrisions, my last 2 bottles have been. Never seen the Dragon Ledgend that low. Good find for that one.

The dragon legend is certainly better of the two in my view.
Hard to justify this when you can get the 12 for £25. Another case of selling younger cheaper whisky with bells on it. On a separate note, I’m really not a fan of the new HP branding. It’s awful. Much prefer the older understated packaging. Anyone else think that?

Definitely agree. All style over substance. I did hear the new recipe isn’t somgood
* so good
I’m presently only buying age statements. They’ll soon be a huge premium on 15yr+ stuff. Just bought Old Pulteney 17 (soon to be discountinued), Glencadam 15, Glenfarclas 18.

according to this spec both 12 years old too. agree though as I won't buy none age statement unless I know about it.
I doubt that. If it was 12 yrs old it would be on the bottle. That fact it’s officially a NAS suggests it’s got some young immature Spirit in there packed out with some older stuff. Probably the 12. Haha.

Good call, I'm doing the same....also bought Old Pulteney 17 recently, planning to get Talisker 18 and got a few Deanston 18 when it was on offer recently
I do fear for Talisker 18. Amazing dram. One of the first decently aged malts I bought actually.You can still get it for £75. Hopefully it doesn’t go the way of Laphroaig 18. I heard good things about the Deanston 18. Might do the same when i see it <£60

Deanston at less than £60 would be an absolute steal Please do post if you find it close to those prices as I would love to pick some too.

Well it's £65 on Amazon at the moment. That close enough?

I picked up the Deanston 12 last week for £29, incredibly good for the price.
I prefer the 12 to this
