This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Its quite difficult to get an overwater villa in the maldives quite cheaply. however if you are fortunate to have some HH points or Amex MR points then this could be a nice deal to take advantage of and get some nice sun and sea.

Both the beach villa and over water villa are available at the standard rate.

Do 4 nights. As your 5th night would be free if you have gold or higher status.

For flights.

If you can position yourself in Norway or Sweden then you can snag fares from Air France etc for around 450 per person.

That's still alot of points per night though we always try to use ours on good value hiltons like the ones that cost 10000 a night. Sounds amazing though.

It’s a lot of points, but considering the location , time of year and cash rates it’s good value in my opinion.

Are you going?

sadly no, i'm heading to singapore for the new year.
Really decent deal i just swapped around 150k MR for a special deal where they converted points for 3x instead of the usual 2x so in theory if i went for this itd have only cost me 150k Amex MR points for 5 nights which is usually valued at about £1.5k

just checked the retail value and for 5 nights over NY its £10,000k so getting 7 times more value when redeeming through points.

cant go as im already in asia but tempted to keep an eye out for next year if the price stays around that kind of value
Good deal. But how much are the meal plans there? And drinks?

You get complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour as a gold or diamond elite.

For dinner you are liking about £70-80 for 2.
Inc drinks? Won't be able to go this year but will keep it in my radar if they do a similar offer for April or may. Have you been? Do you recommend it?

I do recommend it. It’s one of the better Conrad hotels. Look online for some reviews.
Be careful with this place. No hotel will ever live up to it. A friend brough me on their points and it's pretty much ruined hotels for me Dinner is cheap enough at the bar area if that's a consideration. I wouldn't hesitate if I had the points.
