Good for reminding
Just be careful as the Amex offer is only for pay at the hotel. These sales are usually pay upfront and so you probably won’t get the Amex money
This will also stack with amex offers...spend £250 get £50/£75 back
yes (embarrassed) ;)
Try hotel Mela. We stayed last Xmas, right off Times Square, got flight/hotel 5 nights for under £500 each via Expedia Just got this email promo; Promo Code: CYBER2018 Book by November 26 (if booking direct with hotel)
It was hard to list a price with it since it varies with dates. Yeah, I doubt you're going to make use of iTunes but they had free international phone calls from the rooms which was nice and I'm sure you'll make use of gourmet coffee and wifi. The first time I went to New York, I stayed in a hotel in Times Square but felt no need to do it next time. The important thing is it's not very upmarket prices :)
Looks upmarket, and did look as going to NY in April, but it jumps to over $220 a night. I've found cheaper around Times Square and after all... how long are you going to stay in your room to appreciate what the price offers
Thanks for posting OP. Hilton Gold application against IHG accepted in 2 days (y) :
Hilton Hotel chain still stuck in the 80s
Also they are everywhere. When I used to travel for work it was my brand of choice. And diamond perks plus speed of earning points on promos excellent for when you use the points.
You need to look out for the ones with an Exec lounge......If you have gold you can normally get an Exec room upgrade with Lounge access...free food and drink all day long and free alcohol from 6pm - 8pm (y)
Is there a link for this?
Cap park is not busy this time of year . There is always one winger
Surely you would be denying paying customers of the Hilton the rightful opportunity to park their vehicles at their hotel wouldn't you? Not very nice if you happen to be staying there.
Bummer! Went to the pleasure beach yesterday and ended up paying £6 to park at the Travelodge Carpark .......Nevermind though as the Pleasure Beach gave everyone free return voucher, due to the weather......Which wasn't even that bad on Saturday :) So will save over £80 when we go again in a few weeks
We had free parking here last summer someone pinched the meters X)
So Doris isn't the only one who doesn't listen to Michael Caine... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8g_GeQR8fJo X)
I'm just reading through it. The email was direct from Hilton (I'm a HiltonHonors member). It linked through to that page.
ok so basically, what happens is: that you're just buying a voucher (with extremely limited availability), you're not actually booking the hotel dates 'there and then'.
Sorry, I thought I'd put it in. https://hiltonhotels.skchase.com/?&om_rid=DM$xIz&om_mid=_BYCKq7B9TmthPf&wt.mc_id=CMEM_BYCKq7B9TmthPf
Havu got a link please?
its just 20 mins or less when you tell them you could never afford to invest in this regardless of terms because your circumstances have very recently changed, even if you decide to sit through the whole thing they can not make you buy anything this works
voted hot if your considering this you need to be prepared to sit through a 90 minute sales presentation - t's and c's suggest if you don't attend they could charge you the non promo price - no idea if they enforce the t's and c's link for info http://e.hiltongrandvacations.com/mktguk/11001/2016-0520/dop.html
anyone got any idea if this will return later in year? Looking for a good 2 night deal in London week before Xmas?
fab just need to decide where to stay !
Fab weekend in July sorted
Thanks Ben, that's a decent rate
and don't forget Amex cashback offer if you've got it saved
Yes on mobile app should I try on main website- is it different? thanks for looking
Hmm I can't seem to find a link. Have you logged in on the mobile app?
anyone got the enrolment link?
I have had it for months, still a good deal.
not showing on my log in. anyone know a link that it can be registered with?
Wouldn't mind visiting tho just avoiding the booze
Dubai is just a big rip off. From what I've read it's in its own mad bubble were people think it's ok to be ripped off. If you were in UK you would laugh at the prices they charge.
not just booz, but if you want to pay £5 for a 500ml water and £25 for a seafood pizza, go for it!
Spend almost a year in KSA, then go to Dubai and it's such a wonderful contrast! I hate shopping but do appreciate good air-conditioning.. ;) I was very impressed with the place in general but prices do tend to be somewhat inflated, just like the rest of the region. I can't say I'd choose Dubai as a "holiday destination" but certainly an interesting place to visit or work
Very good! Rated hot. Was looking for a hotel for my trip in August. Perfect timing. Booked.
Was the cheaper rate a non-refundable rate too?
From Amex "Unfortunately The Maximum Number Of Cardmembers Have Already Enrolled In This Offer". I'm still interested but these deals are non-refundable so you need to be sure of your dates. I got the discount on mid week in Prague so just looking at insurance now incase anything should happen and we have to cancel.
The prices are still too dear. I will have to use Travelodge instead!
Email ceo to complain. They shouldn't have done it so blatantly! Don't keep quiet or next time I will be the victim!
There are very few Hilton hotels, but a lot of holiday inns.
Getting error! Another mistake??
This is targeted, certain Diamond members only. If you were targetted, you will know...
silver surfer then...
Im also a diamond and got the same error message -cold from me
Im a diamond and got the same error message -cold from me
But still worth travelling to London I reckon...
Yes only London. Sorry.
Is this only London / Mayfair hotels?
UK only by the looks of things. Sorry.
is that only for hilton in Europe or can I use this offer in Saudi Arabia?
Brighton not included
Hilton Hotels doesn't appear on Quidco, how do you get the cashback ?
Hi, the comparison is normally done like for like, in that case this is good deal for the hotel standards. Of course we cannot compare this with Travellodge or PremierInn, who give out rooms for £19.99 :)
and they're prices are still idiotic compared to most others cold!
Yes indeed! :)
A day trip down smoke with tea and scones at the Hilton......sounds nice.
Somewhere in the account settings under 'send my membership card', they don't send one out unless you request it
Same here too. :)
where did you go to request the card to be sent to you ?
Recieved my Silver membership card in the post today ;)
Only showing as blue even after logging in and out.... :(
Price are cheaper via trivago for London hotels!
like the savoy these don't normally put on specials so if any can afford the prices can you take me aswell me deers lol hot from me
A Flash sale for a hotel is entirely a marketing exercise. All decent hotel operators use dynamic demand, the rate reflects the demand - all they are doing is putting a spin on this. The rooms are cheap because hotel's at the moment are generally quiet.
just booked edinburgh in december... hilton flash sale £135. 13% quidco. hotel.com £90.45 with 8% quidco for same hotel.
£2,000 hotel............oh well as I search for another Travelodge!
I just booked my hotel in Egypt for the two weeks.
Oh, never mind :)
Hotel is real nice. I stayed here (Tropicana) June 2011 (after the revamp/refurb, and before Hilton Dtree bought it). Nice, clean, new and tidy in the rooms, casino floor well presented too, gone is the smokey smell... Popped back in for a gamble back in May, still nice and clean, so assume rooms are still nice.... Great spot on the strip, as its on the '4 Corner', ie: MGM, NYNY and Excal. and given its South strip, always good for a walk...... I would recommend staying here, amongst many other places! Strat as someone mentioned is beyond the north of the strip, cheapo costs, and has a ghetto strip of walk, between that hotel and the glitz strip (say starting from TI / Encore, etc)
We went for Christmas one year and the town is kinda dead. Lots of shows closed. Lots of Chinese families because they don't necessarily celebrate Christmas as a big thing -and they like a wee flutter. The town really comes to life for new year when the real money descends. A completely different vibe for new year.
Nice casino - recently refurbed throughout as well :) Don't forget the Resort Fee though!!! (...though this may help if you want it scrapping: http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowTopic-g45963-i10-k5086214-Tropicana_Resort_Fee-Las_Vegas_Nevada.html ) edit: to clarify on the resort fee... it's currently $19.99 plus 12% tax (and the room rate should also be plus 12% tax) - this makes a one night stay = $75.25 in total --- makes this less of a deal in my opinion unless you can get the resort fee scrapped :)
Let's hope that they're better run than the UK arm of Doubletree because in the UK they're nothing better than an overpriced Travel Lodge with uncaring staff
Was a bit run down when I went to Vegas a few years ago but at this price not even the haters on here can complain (although they probably will)
