Can you list all the 32" 4k TVs one can purchase?

Of course you can't.
You just made that classic mistake of assuming that everybody needs the biggest TV without considering circumstances such as available space.

There is absolutely a place for smaller TVs on the market, and therefore no 4k.
What I would question is why 720p is still a thing. TVs of the size in this deal should be 1080p and no less.

yeah looks that way resolution of 1366 x 768 but for 219 quid you cant beat that .. and a 6 year guarantee ... if its in a bedroom where you will probably sit closer to the screen its not that bad
