I ordered one from Curry's yesterday for the same price and thought it was a good deal. I was just about to post it as a deal and thought I'd check first.

Check information about hisense online. We've just joined the many who have returned their hisense tv as it didn't work properly from the start.

What was the problem with yours?

The Hisense posts on hukd have been pretty positive and that's what swayed me.

I'll see tomorrow myself.

Mine went back today too... latest firmware cripples the EPG, has various lockups and loss of control when using apps.
IMHO the entire range should be withdrawn.

does it have 10bit HDR ?

want as much tech as i can get for my over inflated pound you see

Look ugly and hardware will not live up to expectations as far as I can see. All you will get is a look of sympathy.

Looking through the internet I could see nothing but praise for Hisense,.. I guess I will find out on Friday.

£299 for a 43inch 4K is pretty damn good, no it's not going to break records, but for under £300 what are you expecting?

I was one of the ones who returned it...bought it for my 2nd reception room (which is hardly used) The picture between this and my other set was night and day, and even though it wouldn't be used too much I decided to spend the extra for a more decent set.

The OS for the smart functions are laggy too.

Sounds like our experience. Continuous lock ups, wouldn't even switch off if you pressed the buttons on the tv. Man who collected it for return said that they were collecting loads for return. Sharp are suing hisense for selling shoddy TVs badged as sharp.

Will see how I get on with mine. I presume I am well within my rights with Tesco to return, should I not think performance is up to scratch? even though I have used the item?

It does have hdr... but the shoddy interface makes it a moot point.

Just bought a 50" , Great TVs, 379 from AO

all the apps I wanted like Netflix, amazon, iPlayer etc. pic and sound is very good - standard def TV can look a bit grainy at times

Here's the link. To be honest, that court case smacks of litigious chicanery, with Sharp wanting to get production of their sets handed over to Foxconn, who have recently bailed them out of financial troubles.

Which models are people referring to when they have said about problems?

I bought parents a 50' M3300from AO a few months back.

Summary would be great picture, nice smart features - only major weakness is if you want to use usb to record from the freeview...operating system and storage arrangements very counter intuitive and hard to locate on system

Bought this exact model last week. The TV stops accepting some commands from the remote when using interactive services so, for example, when trying to find nursery rhymes for my nephew on Ketchup TV, none of the arrow buttons or the ok button worked properly so we couldn't select anything to play.

HDR is on HDMI 3 & 4

Surely you will have missed up the TV if you used ketchup on it

Hi, Does anyone know what the viewing angle is like on this model? I have an L shaped seating arrangement in my living room.

Also, those of you who returned this TV could you please let me know which 43" TV you ended up buying instead?

Thanks!

Had a touch with this brought from AO new customer 20 off so 299 then they price matched tesco after delivery so £279.00. Great Tv :-)

I have to say I'm pleased with this tv. Virgin v6 box and ps4 look great! HDR 10 worked without any update with my ps4. Youtube 4k stuff looks amazing.

Gone up to £319
