I cancelled the original order and placed with Amazon at £318. I had every intention of returning if it's not very good anyway, so this will make it alot easier dealing with Amazon directly.

Yeah, wouldnt risk it

Just got a like new one for £318. That's a ridiculous price.

you got the link for that price

Thanks, just ordered the "used like new" from amazon for £318 afraid it said last one but was wondering what condition i'm likely to receive. will it be a customer return or just damaged packaging

They don't

Bought one for 347 the other week. Good value but mine has some slight banding visible when watching football or cricket. I can put up with that for the price as the 4k hdr on YouTube and Netflix look amazing. Bought another now at 318 and will see if this has the same banding problem. One set will be going back for a refund.

And mine arrived last week brand new but battered box....delivered by myhermes in the back of car with the seats down!

hope you have a better experience than me with 'used like new' i just purchased samsung s7 edge from amazon warehouse for my daughters 21st on arrival looked like brand new in box when i gave it to her it kept freezing and going red hot couldn't get another one they claimed they didn't have any at that price and amazon warehouse is not the same as amazon so they would not replace just offered refund but that meant no phone as i couldn't purchase for the cheaper price from anywhere so i took it to samsung shop who actually had to replace the whole motherboard! i was well annoyed but they did give me £135 back for all the inconvenience caused good job it was still under warranty

Just got a dispatch email.Delivery by DPD tomorrow.

Mines just arrived, looked brand new remote still sealed etc. Nice chip out of the screen in the bottom corner

Oh no. That sucks.
Mine turned up earlier. Haven't had a proper look over it, but looked brand new (all protective tapes etc ) Have fired it up and it looks good. will look more once I have some spare time later tonight.

Did yours have the tape etc on the bezel and stand?

Yeah was all still taped as new apart from the chipped screen. Amazon asked me to take it to the post office, and said that they would refund up to £4.50 postage, lol. A quick webchat later and DPD are picking it up tomorrow.

Mine arrived today, brand new, still shrink wrapped, unboxed it, loosened screws by a half turn, perfect screen quality with no obvious banding seen so far. Watched a few 1080 clips side by side with my 40" Samsung F5500 and the difference is night and day. Pump up the Hisense to use 4k with the same clip and the difference is momumental. Sad, because the Samsung was mid-range just a couple of years ago and cost more than this then. Definitely one of my best bargains.

Definitely one of my best bargains.Sound quality is actually better than the Samsung too, I fully expected very tinny sound but so far I'm very impressed with it.

Edit: Not so much of a bargain now I have to fork out for a bigger TV stand, the old 40" fits with quite a bit to spare but damn, this TV is about 1-2" too wide for the unit!

Got mine delivered earlier and it's absolutely brilliant. Biggest issue is that 4k/HDR only works on 2/4 hdmi sockets. A bit of a pain when you've got SkyQ, PS4, XboxOne and an Amazon Fire.

Got mine too.Brand new.Really pleased.Cheers GrantG182!

Anyone recommend any picture settings?

Is it right that only Hdmi 3 and 4 are UHD compatible?

HDR compatible according to the manual. Still, only my Amazon Fire box does 4k, only a handful of Xbox1 games have it and 4K on Sky is nonexistent so no problem for me
