Damn because its a really good price for a 55" 4k tv. I got mine yesterday, all setup. I need to replace my AV to something slimmer but once i have and i have plugged in all my appliances i intend to do a full review.

I have just seen. When I looked back on that thread yesterday it had expired.
You seem happy with it and ten inches is worth £400 easily

Was the stand like in the thumbnail you posted, I cannot see in your pictures

Yes, the stand was like in the thumbnail. I had no use for it though as i Wall mounted mine.
seems to have a black frame around the picture?
Does this do HDR from external sources too, HDMI?
anybody know if this is gonna be any good for gaming on? looking for a new tv, my mate bought a 4k Samsung tv for £800 and tbh my plasma is fare better, his stutters Like mad on Fifa. I don't want the same issue.
Useful thread here than may answer some of the questions asked so far (HDR, Best Modes of Gaming...)

Looking for 55" tv myself is this model the same as RIcher sounds have for sale @ £549 only comes with 6 year warranty ?

Is this model HDR?..If it is it's an amazing deal.

HDR from external sources currently, though HDR and Freeview Play are coming in a future update.

Yeah it's the same model, so you have to factor in how much the Warranty is worth to you I guess... It comes with a 2 year Hisense guarantee and when you take off the cashback + Voucher you're effectively paying over £100 for those extra 4 years.
Many thanks for your reply
2 year warranty is ample, so yes save around £100 with cash back and Argos voucher
Quidco 9% cash back unavailable on this item as its out of stock for home delivery & quidco doesn't qualify for store pickup so only really saving £10 with Argos voucher...
Cor blimey, was eyeing up the old model at the same price just this morning. Arrives this afternoon. >£50 topcashback tracking too.

I don't normally venture outside of my known sony/samsung/lg circles but I've seen decent feedback from the community here so happy to take a punt

No im asking for pictures with the tv on the wall, to get a idea of how far it actually sticks out. I am not asking for generic pictures which give you absolutely no idea of how it will look like when wall mounted.

Hence why i asked a member that had already wall mounted it. Please read before jumping to conclusions.

Depth 8.5cm. Bit of a chunk but nothing out of the ordinary.

This is a cracking TV for the money. Got mines for £450 from AO using Get40 code and trading in an old broken TV for £50 credit. Couldn't find many reviews on it, so went with a gut instinct. Glad I did. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great quality, large TV.

No mention of HDR anywhere

No mention of HDR anywhere

It mentions it here http://www.cramptonandmoore.co.uk/hisense-h55m3300-55-4k-uhd-led-smart-tv-black.html

cryptically

"M3300 UHD smart TV offers the best of high definition entertainment. It can upscale FHD images to near UHD and decode HDR movies from external device."

Seen a few owners say it does too. Other than that I couldn't find any confirmation elsewhere
so does this have hdr?
OK mine just arrived and it says HDR specifically on the box, so it's there in some form at least

It's crazy how the 58 inch is £100 more than this! Is there actually any difference visually?

This is so tempting, it's crazy how the 58" is £100 more...
What are the viewing angles like on these models?
Got one this afternoon. Can't seem to see any Netflix uhd titles despite updating to the uhd Netflix subscription. Any ideas?
Is anyone able to play a HDR title on Netflix, Amazon or via USB on this?
Is the SONY BRAVIA KD55X8509C worth the extra £300 compared to this?
