About this deal

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Credit to @Baxmanz for spotting the same price from a third party seller, but this is sold and dispatched by Amazon so arguably more protection and payment options

Wasn't immediately obvious as Amazon is not listed as prime ????

According to AVForums which has reviewed both this and the TCL 55C735K, the TCL is a better bet for the same price

What TV at what price point do you recommend over this then?

That was sold by Crampton & Moore on Amazon. This is sold and dispatched directly from Amazon. (edited)

As most TVs these days are 4K ultra-HD etc is there any content to watch at these definitions (other than Netflix and Sky Sports)?

Or is it mostly aimed at the gaming market?
As said, pretty much ever streaming service offers 4k content. The only ones that still don't are terrestrial TV services like iPlayer, ITV hub etc.

You could also buy a 4k Blu-ray player and watch 4k uhd films too.

Confusing when reading reviews as rtings references it as having google tv and the stand looks completely different yet they're both U7H?
They are different, they have the same model number, but rtings are reviewing the US version which is superior to the UK/EU version, has 1000 nits compared to this 600 nits, and has Android TV where as this version has Hisense own OS (edited)
