I don’t know why Costco have a membership criteria, to get into their warehouses, dependent what job you do or who you work for. It ranges from Barristers etc. to council employees which could include lollipop ladies (or men) hole diggers, bin men. Yet. If you did these jobs via a private company, according to their rules, it appears you don’t qualify.
Would this be available in store also ?

My £1000 LG TV broke after 12 months, was away getting repaired for 3/4 weeks, then another 9 months down the line it packed in again. RicherSounds offered me a like for like so I paid a bit extra and bought a Samsung.
So it just shows any TV can brake, this is why we have a warranty
Just FYI, rang the store and they have 10 in stock and price is £479.98. On my way now to get one
How would this compare against the Philips ambilight ones that have been posted recently? 65PUS7303 I believe the model was. Granted it’s significantly cheaper the hisense is

My cousins has literally come back from repair yesterday after almost 3 weeks away. Broke only 11 months old and was told it was beyond economical repair. He's now awaiting a refund from John Lewis.

Tbf a refund after 11 months is a good result (as long as he gets it), he can buy a better more up to date TV now.
When will this end? Not getting paid till 7th..

Anyone got one and can comment on the picture quality? Been looking for a 4K tv and very tempted by this. Got Hisense TV’s in my work and they look great when connected to PC’s, but never saw TV/Sky through one.
Fyi I got Richer Sounds to price match my Hisense (different model to this a few months ago). Reason being the extra 1 year warranty as they offer 6 but mainly because for the 5 year warranty to be valid, you have to have a had CONTINUOUS membership since purchase until it needs warranty work. So my understanding is let's say you get it and in 4 years it breaks but you didn't renew membership for a few weeks between year 2 and 3 they could invalidate your warranty claim.
Fantastic price. Just done a bit of searching though and it's a VA panel, fine for people who sit right in front of the TV, if you sit off centre though the colours will get washed out quite quickly with a VA

Are you sure continued membership is required? I've read a few posts on here that says it isn't.
Have to say the Costco warranty is first class. 4 year old Samsung 60" UHD started to have a very slight problem with the picture for 15 mins after turning it on. Costco service agents took it away but couldn't fix it. Refund of full £1500 no questions no quibbles. Excellent service.
