Yeah we price match but we don't really .
Got one of the older 65 inch curved models. It's a fantastic TV.
Give it some time and hisense will be as good as the top boys at half price.
Like Huawei
Does anybody know...
Would you get this deal or

I'm grateful for any input

I have this similar model of samsung TV it is absolutely stunning, but it is a old samsung model. This hisense is ULED a much better screen in my opinion,
The only thing would make me buy the samsung is there software is much better then hisense and has faster processing time etc.

Given similar performance I would opt for the Hisense mainly because of the warranty and it's more sturdy build and finish. However John Lewis also stock the Samsung and they should price match RGB Direct.
Alternatively the Samsung UE65MU7000 is better than both but is £999.

Costco is selling the 6200 version which is supposed to be better on paper for £719.

Huawei is now the same price as the big brands. I hope they do not and stay competitive.

You can buy the premium Huawei phones at considerably less than Samsung, apple etc.
Just went to my local Costco today and they have 6200 and the 6800, both for 719.98.

I’m at Costco Edinburgh just now. They have the H65A6200 on display just now - probably about 30 units available. There’s a World Cup MP4 on loop at the moment won’t ‘Ultra HD’ in the title which looks utterly awful - colours all over the place. To the credit of the staff they’ve acknowledged this and are away finding a different source. I get the feeling the TV hasn’t been on display that long. Hopefully they’ll get the other source on before closing time.

Unfortunately this hadn't been updated before I left the store. I'll try and pop in on Thursday night to see if it has and I might take my own content along on a USB just in case they haven't sourced a different video and hopefully they'll let me use this. Anyone know if the Hisense TVs are happy to accept USBs to either FAT or NTFS or are they more particular?

Don't bother Geebsie.
I picked a6200 today and compared it to lg 60uj634v which i picked from Edinburgh Costco 2 months back.
Hisense is a horrible set. No mkv 2160p played(stuck on loading screen) when i connected external hdd, just 1080p.
Playing 4k movies from netflix and through xbox one there is a lot of pixelisation in background. For example two people talk in moving car and trees and hedges in background are just ugly pixels (4k babysitter movie) . Also when a character moves quickly from place to place (guardians of the galaxy 2 4k) his/her edges pixelise for a second.

hisense h65a6200 gets official no buy stamp from me and going back to costco as soon as my wife brings back my car from shopping
Just for anyone swithering between this set and the N6200 - I was in Costco Edinburgh today and saw the N6200 with a decent display source - a file called “World Cup 4K demo-100mbps.mp4” which looked to be a mix of real life footage and FIFA or Pro Evolution Soccer video game footage. It’s about a 3-4 minute video that is on loop.

The set is undoubtedly impressive and no sign of the vertical banding that I suffer from on my Sony 65W855C.

That said, a couple of minor niggles - the footage did feel slightly juddery once or twice, and the crowd - particularly on the video game - seemed to flicker very slightly.

Unfortunately it created enough doubt in my mind to rule this one out as an upgrade option.

Yup - looked OKish and I see they have strategically placed it right at the front door to grab attention, as you will have noticed! That 75" Toshiba looks a lot more interesting TBH!

Toshiba looks fine. Sadly I can only go as high as 65“ as no more space in my TV corner.. Hopefully they will have 65 version soon. I have another 26 days to swap lg for something else 😁
