Anyone have this freezer to comment on how good it is

Yes had one about 1 1/2 years now in the garage and keeps its temp and had no problems you can store lots of food including your Christmas Turkey.
    Definitely recommend this. (edited)

Do you think you could fit a body in one? Asking for a friend...

    Better off buying pigs.

You need at least sixteen pigs to finish the job in one sitting, so be wary of any man who keeps a pig farm. They will go through a body that weighs 200 pounds in about eight minutes. That means that a single pig can consume two pounds of uncooked flesh every minute. Hence the expression, "as greedy as a pig".

I've got this from Logic (Currys) same freezer. Lasted about one year and leaked. Got it changed within warranty. In my second year now. 2 years warranty from Costco is a must with these cheap freezers.

Pointless having 8k at this size

Not really as width is over 100 inches so it will benefit greatly from 8k.

My Logik equivalent one has been in an unheated single skin single story extension / utility room for the last 3 years. The core freezer capability has been faultless, the LED built in light fitting stopped working some time ago (I think the relentless slamming of the lid from the children had something to do with that), so I've just stuck a magnetic battery torch to the front of the metal casing for non-daylight trips into it.

Really needs an extra basket for "open stuff" to sit in, as the main problem with chest freezers is the lack of organisational capacity at the bottom, everything just falls all over everything else.

When you see this kind of devices all you think is about energy prices, I hope we will be back to sort of normal by the end of this year.

Decent brand, and chest freezers are much more efficient because gravity works in their favour when you open them.

Actually I seen label on chicken today that said 10k the other letter was blurred out. It maybe suitable but need to be downscaled.
