Is it even worth waiting for black friday or cyber monday at this rate? Genuine question

I would go for this at £249 with 6 year …I would go for this at £249 with 6 year guarantee....https://www.richersounds.com/tv-projectors/hisense-tvs/hisense-43b7100uk.html

I'd agree. One thing that's coming up in the various electronics repair forums is the poor quality of capacitors used in power supplies by Hisense. The longer you use the TV the more susceptible caps are to being blown.

Don't get me wrong, I myself own a Hisense 55N5700 (another deal from here, what a great site this is !!) which has been working fine for about 6 months now. Hisense themselves offer a 2y warranty on all their TVs which is a refreshing departure from the standard one year offered by the mainstream brands, but an extra 4 years' peace of mind for 25 quid (only 6 quid a year!) is definitely a good offer.

Still I've heated this deal, it's cheapest price in the UK for this TV right now I believe.
