This model is M3000. I think the HDR versions start from M3300

It does support HDR apparently but only via usb. They will apparently be giving a firmware update for HDR via hdmi

longer thread discussing spec here. ..when argos used to sell this model ?!

Got this model and it's great for the money. Sound is better than some well known brands but not an issue for me as I have a sound bar. Only thing I do notice is the viewing angles aren't the best tbh. The picture settings do need to be tweaked to get the best out of it.

Can you give some of your settings, as I can't find anything online about setting it up, and I'd say it's only OK at default.

Do you think it would be suitable for a ps4?

Can anyone tell me how wide the feet are on this? I need to know whether it will fit on top of our existing unit. Cheers

Taken from Amazons questions/answers, so assume it's correct maybe?
Question: What is the width of the two legs that the tv rests on? I am trying to fit it on something that is 80cm in width
Answer: 900mm

*edit* someone else also says :- The widest distance between the front of the legs is 90cm
So info looks right.

I use it for my xbox one and I haven't noticed any lag at all. There's a dedicated setting for pc/game in picture settings.

It's 80cm at the front, 60cm at the back as the feet are angled.

I'll have a look later and post back. One you need to turn off I found is dynamic brightness (not 100% sure of the actual name of the setting).

Thinking about it, they quite possibly mean what's the length of the actual feet, not the distance between them.

Can anyone tell me which is the best one to go for between these two h50m3300 vs h49m3000 and what's the difference in them, apart from the inch that is,
Many thanks

It's exactly the same technology, so there's nothing different aside from the 1 inch difference.

Yes. Turn off all the auto settings and the set is pretty good. The cinema day and cinema night settings are decent.
Dynamic backlight - off
Adaptive contrast - off
Noise reduction -off
And keep the sharpness down - I have mine at 3.

sorry fat fingers said cold but intention was to vote hot.

Got this TV, brilliant for the money. Still waiting on a firmware upgrade though. Heated

Firmware update coming in Q4.

It will make this the best value TV you can buy.

is it the Samsung fan bois who are buying this rubbish?

Does this have a scart? As want to attach wii

this came a week and a half too late for me as i would have paid the extra £60 for a new tv from amazon and the extra peace of mind (bought this model refurb for £240 - it's a decent tv) - i had a good led tv in the past from amazon which went funny after 11 months of purchase and got a full refund for it so generally amazon is pretty good if you have problems within the warranty - also good news for the 40 inch tvs on sale atm as this was stated as 1-2 month delivery a few days back - there's a good chance that the 40 inch will come back in regular stock soon too

Im not sure on the specific adaptor, but its an adaptor that looks like this, Some Samsung TV's use them too.

I rang them up a few weeks ago to confirm the firmware update and they said it was a 10 bit panel.

Buy a Component cable for your Wii & use the Component Input

Can anyone confirm if this is 60hz or 800hz please? The m330 model is listed on the Hisense site as being 800hz and the m3000 is shown as 60hz. This seems to contradict the specs posted earlier in this thread.
