HISENSE-H43N5700 43" LED HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with Freeview HD £399 @ Tesco direct

Experience the stunningly sharp 4K HDR picture of Hisense's N5700. Hyper-detailed 4K resolution combines with colour and contrast expanding HDR for a beautifully lifelike picture. The quad-core smart platform opens up a world of online apps and streaming services, while built-in Freeview HD offers all your favourite channels.
Forays into colour-boosting High Dynamic Range (HDR) have begun, and Hisense have followed suit. With its 8bit+FRC panel, this set can show over a billion individual colours to deepen your view and shows shades you've never seen in home entertainment before.

Ok so ideally I'd prefer close to 50" but if say this is a pretty good deal and maybe the cheapest 4k TV with hdr. 8bit+FRC is a winner right?
Someone stop me before I buy this...

43" is a bit too small, otherwise it is great TV.
I bought 65" few months ago and very happy with it. Hasn't got 3D, but I never use it anyways.

I've decided to go for the 49" instead. Managed to find it for £444 with a voucher code. I think that's well worth the money
What is the sound quality like?
Same price at richer sounds with 6 years warranty

Ah you save £15 but compare that with the 5year warranty from John Lewis. I'd personally take the JL offer and have piece of mind.

Buy a battery and save another £19
Wait a month for Black Friday?
This arrived today from Richer Sounds with a free 6 year guarantee. Smashing TV. Looks stunning with my PS4 Pro and the HDR is fantastic, even if it isn't the best. You're getting a hell of a lot of TV for the price you pay and I'd recommend it to anyone looking to make the jump to 4K HDR.

Yes
Some nice savings but a lot of those indies have been Plus titles before. The Ubisoft discounts are nice for those that are interested I suppose.

I'm keeping an eye out for discounts on Axiom Verge and Inside, haven't been reduced for a while now.
What would the equivalent of this cost say if it was an LG as seen a few of and the picture quality is only 60hertz is that still a good picture and the sound good as I see most newer LG come with 20w speaker's. Any help greatful as just moved house and don't think I can hold out to black Friday lol

That'll be the LG 43UJ630V and it goes for around £480

Thanks for the reply buddy. So many choices and then when you think you have found the right one it gets slagged off for not being 10bit lol bloody nightmare trying to pick one to go for! Any good suggestions for a particular model probably 49inch?

I'm going through the exact same thing. And I decided that my best bet is the Hisense 49N5700 without a doubt. I've looked at all other options. With the price, spec and the reviews, It ticks all the boxes. ok it's not 10bit, But 8bit+FRC is bloody close.
I was gonna get a Samsung for peice of mind but from reading reviews and from people that have owned both, they're not any better unless you're willing to spend a couple of hundred more.
So I've decided on what I'm getting, now it's just a case of 'do I wait for black Friday'??🤔

Just got an email back.. They've price matched it
I had a look on their website but nothing. Do I have to ask to price match it myself as well?

I'd imagine that they just haven't changed it online yet.

Did they match £479 or £444 with the code applied?

£444. I left a little explanation detailing the original price and the discount code when making the request
Thanks! not sure between this or LG 43UJ701V - Any one know how to tell if its an RGBW panel?

Thanks mate I was looking at that model myself and think for 444 it's definitely worth going for now as it's nearly 3 months till black Friday and surly won't be much cheaper!?
Why is everybody so keen on Hisense?
I still don't see the price match on JL for the 49" model.
been checking keenly for the past 1/2 day.
Should I write in for a pricematch. or make a purchase and hope to get a rebate on that later?

My apologies if I am asking the wrong question.... new to this price matching

They price matched it for me but said it's only valid for 1 purchase. So you'll need to make the request yourself
