Seems to be a good price... £20 Cheaper than deal posted at PC World last night, and for me would prefer to buy from Amazon for customers service and no quibble returns policy... have ordered for delivery on Thursday so if anyone knows a reason why this isnt a decent deal, please let me know

310.19 used - very good at Amazon. 5 of them or 316.79 for used like new.

Is there anyone daft enough to buy a secondhand telly for more than 90% of the new price? I'd love to meet that person because I've got some building-plots on the moon for sale.

HOT DEAL, OP

Yeah, saw that, would have wanted at east a 25% saving off the new price to risk an open box / return

Depends on product and if its actually like new.

I've bought 100s of items from the warehouse and only really had about 5 that were like new but had clearly been fully opened before.

For £15 I would be tempted for the like new!

If its not actually like new, you always have the option of either sending it back or asking for an extra discount. I normally get amazon credit given to me or months of prime.
Really wish amazon gave a decent warranty on TV’s.

They do but you have to pay extra unlike John Lewis and Richersounds.

Their customer service is good especially if you're a prime member. The sale of good acts roughly states an item should be fit for purpose i.e you'd expect a tv to last a few years. I'd be going down that route with any company if an expensive product broke down in first 2/3 years regardless of warranty.

Exactly pay £70 to get a warranty half the length of the free one Richer sounds offer.

Sales of Goods Act isn't in law anymore. Unless you meant the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Just an FYI.
I've got one of these. It an alright budget TV. Mostly used for games and Netflix etc and is just fine for that. Colours can get a but weird and take a bit of playing around with but for this price, it's just fine.
