From the Sunday league to Spielberg's latest flick, it all looks great on the Hisense H50B7100UK 50" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV. The 4K Ultra HD display means everything looks pin-sharp, and even upscales lower resolution shows to bring new levels of detail to old classics.

Forget blown out highlights and lost details in the shadows. Everything looks just as it should thanks to HDR technology. By maximising contrast and colour accuracy, your movies and shows look more realistic.

Smart TV made simple

Can't wait to watch the latest episode of your favourite show? Hisense's smart platform makes it quick and simple to find what you're looking for. Whether you want a Netflix box set, or check what's trending on YouTube, everything is just a few clicks away.

And with Freeview Play, it's easy to catch up on shows you've missed during the week. Simply use the programme guide to scroll back and launch soaps, dramas, or entertainment from the likes of BBC and ITV.

Sound bar quality audio

The Hisense B7100 offers brilliant sound quality straight out the box. You get deep bass and crisp highs that surround you, and draw you into the action.

Not bad price shame about the warranty you really want Richers sounds 6 year warranty as your average led fails between 4-5 years!

Actually Hisense are not as bad as peeps make out there are worse makes.
Most punters wouldnt know the difference between 1080p and 4k anyway a tv is a tv these days to most folks!
Even Panasonic tv's are not what they once were!

Thank you @omendata for the info
Great for a large display screen or for a casual viewer. Great price for a screen this big too, this was the price a 40” Technika was going for 5 years ago!
Richer sounds cheaper plus as mentioned 6 year warranty

Crikey, my 37" Toshiba LED TV is nearly 11 years old, used most days since I bought it and still going strong. The only thing I have had to do in all that time is increase the contrast gradually over the years as it has got older. I'm in the market for a new TV now as it is not a smart TV and I want a bigger screen but I hope it would last more than 4-5 years! In theory, flat panel LED TV lifespans are supposed to be anywhere between 60,000 to 100,000 hours.

Personally I'd pay the extra and get it from John Lewis with 3 more years of warranty. Or wait until black friday when it'll likely be cheaper from them anwyays.

Just turn the backlight down and dont leave it at 100% and don't leave the tv on for 8+ hours a day thats what kills em mostly.
One 25p led goes and because of the serial design of the backlights you lose all the leds and the screen just disappears.
Common symptom tv is on you still hear audio but no picture but shine a torch at the screen and you can see a faint image!
If the manufacturers had designed the led tv with parallel backlights it would not happen but they do is to sav money on extra voltage regulators and extra circuits - Its also called built in obsolescence lol!
