This or the Sammy ru7000 range?
Just bought the 55 inch RU7020 from Argos yesterday. It's fantastic for the money. Great picture, good sound and a doodle to set up.
Does anyone know (apart from Bluetooth) the noticeable functional differences between this model and the 7100/7300 models. I have held off buying the 7100 because I somehow believe that the 7500 is going to be noticeably better.... Am I wrong?? Thanks
This one also has Dolby Vision, and has 2000 PCI (whatever that is) rather than 1500, bluetooth, wide colour gamut and wifi direct

Major differences for the extra outlay then
Really good deal, not sure whether to get this, the H50U7BUK or the Philips 7334. I hear good reviews for all three, but still get haters for all three that keep putting me off.

From what I've heard, if you get a hisense I would buy from John Lewis or richer sounds to get the long warranty as the hisense TVs can have issue in their later life so to speak.

Brilliant, thanks. I'll look into that
Ok this deal got me and I ordered, £50 cheaper than normal and 5 years warranty with John Lewis, should be perfectly fine for Sky Q, Netflix and Amazon prime.
How does this compare to lg 49um 7400? Much appreciated
Good deal, but note that the viewing angles on this are not good. I bought one for my bedroom and thankfully we only use it from straight on, because the colours wash out pretty much as soon as you're outside of 90 degrees.
Argos have the Hisense Roku 50" @ £379..... I am so confused right now

bought the 55 version for 325

not sure why 50 was priced the same as 55
299£ at currys with 2y warranty vs 349£ john lewis with 5y warranty. So basically pay extra 50£ and you get covered for another 3years. I am just ready to buy this one just still not sure what else will they sell towards end of the week.
I have this tv and it’s pretty good once you switch off all the backlight dimming etc. Apps work all work well and the interface is better than most. Only complaint is that the sound is so so bad. I know this is a case with all flat screens, but at low volumes it’s especially bad here. It’s really distorted and sounds like someone speaking through a layer of cellophane or has a plastic bag over their mouth. It’s bad enough that I took the first one I had back thinking the speakers were faulty! It does become less noticeable the louder the tv is which is odd. Other than that it’s a pretty solid tv.

It's £399 at Curry's.

£299 is for the H50B7100UK not the H50B7500UK (which is £399 at Curry's)

That was what I was thinking too, currently trying to debate between the LG 7400 and the Samsung 7400 but can decide if the Samsung is worth the extra £130. Don't know if I should consider this now too
We've just got the 43 7400 LG for my mum she doesn't worry about high specs. If the hisense isn't as good as the 7400 I'll probably look at LG nanocell!
Out of stock at John Lewis now but I believe richer sounds have them in store for the same price but with 6 year warranty, no home delivery though.
The Hisense 7500 is comparable in picture quality to the Samsung RU7400 as the both use the same type of panel so have the same benefits and issues (good contrast, deep led black's, poor viewing angles). In contrast, the LG is the opposite, with good viewing angles and worse contrast (though the 50" inch LG will, confusingly, have the same panel type as the other two!)

The other things to possibly consider is the tv's OS, number and type of HDMI's etc.

At that money, the Hisense is a great but, particularly if you're not going to watch much HDR content.
Is there one thats 42-46 inch?
The H43B7500UK is the 43 inch version of this.... it's currently £279.99 at Costco (but £15 to become a Costco member) or £299.99 at Argos and places like that.
Thanks op, I ordered this. With my work discount it totalled £330, it seemed to be well received as a budget television from the avforums link mentioned above.
