Mind giving a review then please?

I bought this when there was 10% of in Argos.

TV is great. Picture looks good with a bit of tweaking.
If I had to buy again, I probably would have went for the HDR model, but I don't know if I would really notice the difference without it to be honest.

Pros :
Huge
Netflix, Plex, iPlayer, YouTube etc.
3 HDMI
4k Netflix and YouTube lools excellent

Cons:
No HDR
Opera store is sh*t - don't expect anymore apps than the normal UK Catch Up, Netflix, YouTube and Plex.
A little slow in the menus for smart apps. (I use a fire TV so this is no effect of me but I imagine it would get frustrating)

I use a sound bar so can't comment on the sound. It seemed decent when I used it without the sound bar for a little while.

I would think it is he best value for money right now.

For upto date smart features probably this. For PQ as well probably even. Reliability wise probably Samsung as multiple reports even here of power supply failure within warranty probably related to cheap capacitors being used in at least some Hisense models (multiple reports in forums).
Honestly think it’s better to add £150 and buy way better Sony Bravia KD49XE7002 that has hdr and all the fireworks in.
But with limited budget Hisense is fine

That's because it's pretty much owned by the Chinese government.

Bought the Hisense H49N5500 for around the same price . Happy with purchase so far

Apart from the smart IPTV app that you don’t have to pay for
This an LG panel?

I’ve had mine for just over a year. Spot on picture isn’t the best but it’s by far better than a standard 1080 set. Nice in 4k for gaming too!

Bought the 55” version a few weeks ago and love it.

I dont have HD eyes - but the picture is so clear. The sound is ok.

Love the apps and netflix available at the touch of a button.

Great tv - really pleased with it.
I ordered the Hisense 55in 4k 5500 model one a few days ago during a Amazon deal for £20 more, but a 50in 4k Tv for what i paid for a 43in 4k last year at this same time is cracking stuff, and from the reviews of these Tv it's well worth it.

Heat, smashing big screen heat.

Just got this Tv delivered today, and i am very pleased with it, nice size, very good remote, it is a 8 bit + FRC panel but the colours and HDR are just amazing, Forza Horizons and Gears of war 4 simply just popped out of the screen, yes i am sure full HDR and 10 bit are even better but i would like to keep my organs a bit longer, and 4k is fantastic, if you have 4k media you can play it via the TV 4k media player via USB if you want, weight wise it is very very very very very light, well compared to the 60in plasma it replaced, the hulk, Samson and Thor threw their backs out moving said 60in plasma. lol

But overal for £408 delivered this was a steal, loving it.
