If this really only has 200 cd/m2 then the HDR experience must be pretty poor: displayspecifications.com/en/…c00

Cracking price for this set so great find op......was gonna buy the same set in 55" inch from rs for £499 with 6 year warranty but bought the monster 65" inch non hdr 4k hisene from costco today on offer for £599 and it is fantastic for the price for me coming from a 60" inch plasma to this tv,great price at £369 for this 50" inch without a doubt.

Yep......lg 60 inch plasma just on 6 years old now deceased rip and cost £1350 in 2011 so if i get 5 years out of hisene 65 inch 4k for £600 i will be a happy man
Anybody tried this with Xbox one X as I noticed it's only 60 refresh rate.
Great price considering the specs. I'd be tempted to go for the £400 50' Samsung deal though (similar specs just better brand)
Anygood for ps4 pro?

Only? 60 is all you need for consoles, I don't think any console games ever run above 60fps.

This person is correct. I think the poster means is there any gaming lag and any mortion blur/stutter
Grateful if someone who has tried and tested can comment on the motion blur (if any) and on the dark black levels. Thanks.
No point. It doesn't let u add to the basket
Just ordered after long hesitation for a new 4k tv for the ps4 pro in the bedroom, after reading trusted reviews it appears to be a half decent 10 bit HDR with certified 4K, however not premium uhd certified. Hoping I've made the correct choice!

Hey

I can't find a review of the N5900 on Trusted Reviews, where did you see it?

I did find this trustedreviews.com/rev…800 which is for a more expensive Hisense: m.johnlewis.com/his…=48
Worst company ever for returns...
Decent price.

All gone...
Just hoping I made the right decision with going for the Panasonic TX-50EX700B. Specs look similar with the panasonic looking brighter but then not sure how much difference the direct LED's might make a difference in the Hisense?

Spec comparrison between the two TV's here:

Xbox one x games run at a maximum 60fps, so perfectly matched

Without any question the Samsung.

This hisense is not great spec in comparison and if u read up it can have the odd lag on gaming.

However if just the average Joe watching a bit of TV, can't see it mattering too much, still Samsung especially at that price is a steal

...most basic 8 bit panel without FRC in Samsung, no Freesat in Samsung, less HDMIs in Samsung, no USB 3.0 in Samsung... should I continue ?
Maybe input lag is better in Samsung but thats all..

Certainly a lot of screen for your buck however I would consider the potential lack of expertise and understanding when it comes to the software Hi sense have designed that actually produces the on screen images.

Treat the TV as a canvas and the software as the artist.

Hi sense are where Samsung were 10 years ago, they've got some hardware prowess but lack the 'know how' to produce accurate images.

Even the big established brands get it wrong at the low and mid range sets as they tend to be compromised based on a lower production cost.

5 Elements to get right......which isn't that easy.
Contrast
Colour
Brightness
Motion
Upscaling
Could someone tell me the difference between the 50 " and this one amazon.co.uk/dp/…-21 aoart from screen size? New at this Tv business
anyone have this looked at these in Richer sounds showing Blue Planet and the motion sense was terrible there was a bird chase at full speed the wings look like they disappear can t think what it would be like on a faster moving sport or movie or can these be altered in setting
