Unlock the beauty of the ULED screen with the 4K HDR picture of Hisense’s U7B. A fusion of Dolby Vision HDR and Dolby Atmos audio delivers a more vivid, lifelike and cinematic experience. Its Wide Colour Gamut produces a lush, wider spectrum of colour for heightened realism. The intuitive VIDAA U 3.0 smart platform opens up a world of online apps and streaming services, while built-in Freeview Play makes it simpler to catch up with your favourite shows.

ULED Technology
A ULED (Ultra LED) screen enhances the viewing experience and the picture’s realism beyond stunning 4K resolution. Ultra Colour delivers more vivid shades, Ultra Contrast gives lifelike brightness and depth through Local Dimming, while Ultra Motion ensures smooth visuals.

HDR with Dolby Vision
HDR deepens your view and shows shades previously unseen in home entertainment. Expanding light, dark and every colour in between to extraordinary new levels, this model's picture gets closer to real life. This set supports Dolby Vision HDR for a richly authentic, cinema-like image.

4K Ultra High Definition
This 50” screen has four times the number of pixels than 1080p HD TVs, delivering stunning realism, natural motion and incredible detail.

Features:

Dolby Atmos Sound: immersive Dolby Atmos places sound within three dimensions for an enveloping soundscape, with you at the centre of a cinematic audio experience.

Smooth Motion Rate 100: Watch the action unfold seamlessly. Blur and lag is reduced, and clarity is enhanced for a smooth picture of fluid motion. Perfect for fast action movies and live sports.

Local Dimming: Each backlight zone can be controlled independently, giving deeper blacks and bright whites, for more authentic, lifelike contrast.

Wide Colour Gamut: With a wider range of shades than standard screens, you’re engaged in a rich and real-world colour-scape.

This tv appears to be a goodun. Anyone see it / used it in the real world?
Good price for this tv, have been watching it for months and purchased this week through Argos at eBay for £380. That was the cheapest it’s been and stock at that price has been tricky to locate.

Hoping it lives up to the spec and hype once it arrives on Friday.

Great TV
Picked one up yesterday from RS. Not gonna lie mixed feeling. Aesthetically pleasing it is whilst it looks stunning especially in hdr it seems to have very minor light bleed in the corners. Maybe I'm being too picky as Mrs doesn't even notice it but it is bugging me. Contemplating returning it.

Not picky at all. Light bleed should be abolished.

Maybe I just got unlucky. Hope this doesn't put anyone off getting this tv.

That's the panel lottery
Technically, this is an excellent TV for the price, equivalent to the Samsung Q60, maybe even exceeding it with the local dimming and Dolby Vision support.
It's a shame that there is a panel lottery, but this is true with all LED screens so you have to go with the specs and proper reviews and hope for the best.
I bought this last time it was £380. Amazing tv! Great picture and really doesn't need a sound bar imo. Great remote (voice controlled, too!) with dedicated Netflix, Prime and YouTube buttons. Very happy!

In simpleton terms for me, what do you mean by light bleed? Interested to know as mine is arriving soon.

Hard to describe but easy to see. Have a little Google and you'll know exactly what to look out for

TV arrived, it's very nice to look at, super thin bezel and tidy design overall. Super simple setup and I like the menu system, comes with a skinny remote and a chunkier one which is a nice touch to give you a choice.

We are really struggling with the picture quality however. 4K youtube content is superb - but HD channels through SKY are variable, often looks like its under a filter.
Currently having lots of issues with dark colours - it can't handle black, it's turning them a green hue or it can't render them at all and you get a horrid blur. Movement is an issue at times too. Seeing the colour and movement issues on both HD SKY and 4K Netflix Dolby Vision - the Crown for example is the worst case we've seen.
Overall it's making us want to return it, but not sure we can. Perhaps we just need expert screen setup help?

It’s not the specific tv but it might help.
Really interested if you can get it sorted as I still really want to buy this tv. How’s the sound quality?
