Is this TV /brand any good?

We have a chain of 12 pubs and hotels. About 4 years ago, we started buying Hisense TV's, as recommended to us by our AV chap. We have not had a single repair nor breakdown since we started using them. Normally via Richer Sounds for the warranty (6yrs), as we have always fallen foul of anything we bought without an extended warranty. So, yes, whole-heartedly. Bearing in mind our Tv's are on 7 days a week, probably 14 hours + per day, depending on the pub.... Actually got one delivered on Friday and I have to say, it is VERY light compared to any others I have handled recently, but their remotes are excellent quality and very tough... I don't have one at home, but picture wise the ones in the pubs all seem to be fine... My £2000 3 yr old LG set at home has just developed a single line down it after it has been on for a couple of hours. I know for a fact they will deem it beyond an economical repair. It shall be replaced with a Hisense, if that's any help to you????

Here you go link
What's the on hisense they've appeared out of nowhere with super cheap super big panels, at this price you can wallpaper the house... but is that the point they aren't a match for the better known brands.... my 4K Sony kd was 3yrs old and died and Sony say they can't do jack with it, it cost 900 plus sound bar is 55inch.. I was a Sony everything person but the Sony tv is stuck in a reboot loop I was quoted 700 to repair so I have an immaculate 55inch doorstop with Sony branding that has left a bad taste in mouth.. this hisense seems like a no brainer compared to my Sony.. anyone know what to do or have suggestions on what I can do with an immaculate tv just refusing to work, is there offers of part exchanging anywhere? Thanks in advance

I have this model attached to my PS4 pro. My first 4k TV so don't have anything to compare it too. But quality of display is great in all the games I've ppayed. HDR works well once you get the brightness settings to your liking.

I've been googling for about 3 months about some weird tv warranty that the uk has, I've spoken to dkavs and they asked me to check with Argos tv was fine till a Sony android update which killed it overnight Sony dashboard even advertised the long awaited update it was just 3 yrs old now I've been told I've got to spend the price of a new tv to get it repaired... my last toshiba fat tube tv lasted 20+ years!! We only got rid of it because it was working so well and everything was 4K HDR we didn't even have 1k! So I'm disgusted with sonys aftersales and how easily motherboard is affected by android update! Like I said I'm all about Sony have the bloody Betamax, minidisc mans, vaio laptop, headphones, PlayStations, cameras, have no idea why I have dads Betamax

After 18 months I had a line through my Panasonic TV but back then I paid £250 accident breakdown and had to claim a new TV off that. They only paid me like for like on a cheaper brand which was LG. Apparently curry's and comet back then told me lg was awful, lying scum, had mine for 6 years now from jl with Free 5 years warranty

Check the input lag more than anything else. Anything under 30ms is more than adequate for gaming. I wouldn't go higher than 40ms or you will suffer in online competition play.

One of the most useful comments I have ever read on here. I was as concerned as others on here as I have had little experience with the brand. Thank you.

Sorry OP. Voted hot; thanks!
