Are Hisense a good quality TV?
I got the 50 inch of this a few days ago and yet to make my mind up about it. Having huge problems with audio sync from a sky q box

Obviously this isn't going to be anywhere near OLED but is ULED better than a normal 4k LED TV or is it just marketing bull?
I’m finding the 2019 Hisense range confusing and reading some sites hasn’t helped.

Where does this fit into their range?

This is the 3rd highest model behind their OLED offering and the U8B (which Hisense claim to be 1000 nits) Its a good deal but the 60hz panel is putting me off a little. I am after a cheaper TV for my 2nd lounge area, the U8B model spec wise sounds great but is obviously more expensive.

It's marketing bull. They market TV's as ULED when they have:

Wide colour gamut
Local dimming, or edge lit dimming
Motion processing (their lower end TV's have no motion processing enhancements)

They are still just LCD LED TV's, and aren't nearly as good as OLED or Samsung's higher QLED range (Q7 and up).

Does anyone think there will be good tv deals when prime day starts?

That is my hope, I had my finger on the trigger with this but resisted.

To be fair it's marketing bull from Samsung too. Their qled range is still just a backlit LCD panel. They even changed the name from SUHD to QLED just to confuse consumers.

I’m looking for a decent 65 for around 600-700...

Yes, but the actual panel quality is considerably better than Hisense ULED range.
This brand normally come with 5 years guarantees don’t they. This should be around £400 or less and the 65” at £549
Hisense are just junk, their customer service is really bad too, they will fob you off for as long as they can, eventually AO just gave me my money back.

Good chance I expect, the prices have come down a lot since the last time I was in the market for one, i'm replacing a borked 50 with a 55.
