I had a 55inch Hisense for two years and then i tried to add a extra HDMI on Friday night after a night out and it fell to the floor smashing the screen..blow

So i went to Costco and got the above 65 inch inc VAT and they added a £50

You sure it wasn't £479.98 OP?

I got this TV for a rock bottom price and 5year warranty . Picture is ok . Nothing special . If u have a bigger budget buy a better spec TV .

Sorry yes, mine has a 5 year warranty too, and if i had a bigger budget i would have gone for the 85 inch Sony to put in my pool room with bar.

What’s wrong with the picture. How much more would you have to spend to get a better pic? Can always spend more...

Nothing wrong with the picture ; it reflects the price . But hindsight in mind I would have saved another few month and went for higher spec .

£50 off at checkout in store voucher available to everybody.

OP might not have realised that but it is what it is
I went to Currys today to compare picture quality of Hisense TVs to others, but they say they don't stock any Large screen Hisense tv in stores any more - just online only.
So I'd also be interested in learning which large screen TV, (I'm after 75"+), you might recommend - & hoping its in a deal on BF
I had been looking at Hisense H75B7510UK - No longer listed in Currys but had been around the £1000

How did you compare? If you were just watching what they were playing via the HDMi splitter the quality is never going to be as good as when you get home. Plus they never tweak with the TVs they just turn them on and stick them in demo mode.
I've got a USB stick and plug that in to check picture quality, done it a few times over the years

Couldn't as they didn't have no large screen Hisense, but would have just done a simple comparison looking for ...Hell I don't know - I'm not an expert!!
Maybe one would look better than the other?? ... If I knew this I wouldn't be asking - also didn't think to take a usb stick filled with David Attenboroughs best fighting colourful Mammals ...

Totally clueless tbh . Just higher spec in general . Tech is always advancing/changing . So it's a moving target .

Just buy a cheap 32gb stick and put a few 4k short demo videos on and go back to the shop, go into the picture settings and set it up as well

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Hisnese TV on display at Currys.

Tomorrow you’ll be able to grab yourself a UE75RU7020 for around £930-ish on Ebay. Apparently identical to the RU7100 range, seen them in the flesh myself – they’re nothing special (65&75” flavours) but its what you would expect quality wise for under a grand at 75 inches.

Not too happy about buying from eBay, as unlikely to come with a 3+yr warranty like from JL or RS

You can get the UE75RU7020 from Richer for £999 - no online delivery though. I know what you mean, its Argos ebay though so not too bad.
Does this come with a 5 year warranty?
Previous post of this at Costco said it did but the picture on this shows 2 years.

Not sure I'd want the picture obscured by a reflection of £479.
