Yet again won't post to Northern Ireland, we are still part of the UK!!!!!!

Yes, but not reachable by road? Falkland islands is still part of the UK …Yes, but not reachable by road? Falkland islands is still part of the UK too. Would you expect delivery to be the same there too?

Falkland Islands are not part of the UK. They are a British Overseas Territory, just like Gibraltar.

The clue is in the name... "United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland".

Not that I think there is anything "Great" about Britain.

65 inch is much bigger than a 55 inch screen.
Also has less 65 inch units are sold , you pay a bigger premium

There is a significant disparity between the production cost of 55 inch and 65 inch panels. Less variation at smaller screen sizes. This model is also a slightly higher spec and the code limits you to a max discount of £100.

Probably not at this price, it would be ridiculously good value if so.

Is there a guide to all the types of screen out there like hdr and all the variants?

The disparity is down to the manufacturing process, the larger the screen the harder and more complicated it is to make, larger screens mean more defects etc, however for the extra real estate its worth it right now as the prices seem to be dropping....i have a 65" and ill tell you what, its HUGE compared to the 55" we had before.... noticeably so!

Not really fair comment, most things bought on ebay, amazon Tescos etc are all the same price to NI, some companys just decide not to, if even they said its an extra £10 or what ever.

If it's HDR don't expect miracles, it'll be bog standard and I doubt the tv will even push 400 nits

My guess is that Hughes is a smaller retailer and as such does not have any presence in North of Ireland as other businesses may have
After going back and fourth for the past 20 hours finally ordered one. I barely watch TV and the games that will benefit from an oled are few and far between at the moment so this will keep me busy for a few years....
