Probably a bit of a generalisation. Different factors have different levels of importance for different people. As someone who posted a deal for a 'who's that' brand tablet (yes it was you) I find it ironic that you have found a high horse to climb onto for this deal

8 bit panel, but a lot of tv for the money

Crazy price
would be all over this if I needed another tv
Hisense do some quality sets
I have a 2016 Model in my main room room and the picture it just quality
blacks are excellent and 4K gaming on the new X is unreal
‘would choose this over LG and Sony any day

I'm sure this model is 8 bit + FRC which is actually very good at replicating full 10 bit colour

I think I got this same model for £799 last year, with 5 year warranty.

Where's my time machine Madonna

Even so is it actually worth price in your opinion

I feel lucky managed to bag LG 55OLEDE7N for 1099. Only 200 quid more. Voted Hot though.

True, if all you care about is the size of the TV you should buy this one. That isn't all that goes into a TV though.

You should get 70in with 50htz panel 2012 model for 1389 something. There was a deal posted few days ago and be happy looking at blury pictures for next five years.

I wasn't after cheap big Chinese made tv. I live in normal house looking for quality tv for family. If I wouldn't have managed to get all the price match and cash back I wouldn't have bought it that's for sure.

Toshiba are budget, Panasonic were good at plasma.

Hisense are better than both IMO especially for oled.

Im getting the Philips, they should be on your list.

I have spent two days looking for a budget but mid range TV uming and uring, i have now had to bite - but how do i explain this to the Mrs ahhh thanks OP!

It’s funny because 18 months ago I would have agreed with you but having since owned 3 different models of Hisense
i don’t think I would ever be with out one now
I have the 75M7900 in my main room and performance is excellent and would choose it over any oled
The only small issue I have had is 3D is not the best but don’t use it much any way
i also have the Sony 65S8505C and Recently purchased the Panasonic 65EX600B would have had this model over the Panasonic but richer sounds had no stock at the time
out the 3 models Sony is at the bottom
the Panasonic and Hisense are about on par with each other
hopefully one day if it get released in the uk and I can save for longer than 3 months lol I would like the 100L8D laser tv
