My personal experience never buy a tv off Argos. After one year they don’t care and will never help you fix it. Buy from Costco (5 years warranty) or richer sounds (6 years warranty) or buy from very and buy their extra accidental cover warranty which depends on the tv buy roughly around £50 for 3 years and covers all type or damages from day one.

Try disabling trailer autoplay in Settings on the app or website. Reduces load and works well for me

I have the 50" found all the apps to be iffy need to try a factory reset. Haven't as yet cos I play or media through xbox. There were no issue for first few months. Not complaining tho as it was was cheapest tv on argos.

Picture settings still to find a good setting.again have no issue when using somthing else as the input.

    Cheers! I'll try that out.

The only thing is I don't have live TV set up on it - I only watch Netflix, Disney plus, prime, YouTube etc on it.

You are right in that Bluetooth and IR are both used, i think the signals over CEC are passed via HDMI. Thank you for replying

I bought this last week and thinking of sending it back.

HDR can't be disabled so SDR content looks blown out much of the time with blacks coming out dark grey and everything too bright. Content that supports HDR does look very good though.

I'm also unable to get rid of 50ms of audio latency when using my ps5. Days of noodling with ports, cables and settings to no avail. Really fed up with it all and lost all objectivity, lol.

Dunno if t comes under the same thing but my audio when coming through my sound bar was well out and had to change it to pass through

Bought one a few weeks ago after my tv gave up after nearly 12 years.
Pretty happy with it! I’m not particularly picky, Netflix is a bit slow on it, the sound quality was pretty terrible so I bought a sound bar to go with it. Pretty happy overall.

I tried that and nothing helps sadly. My soundbar is 5 years old and was a budget option so I've bought a higher quality one to try out. This one has hdmi passthrough so here's hoping by the weekend my lip sync nightmares will be over, heh.
