There's a lot of reviews online. Most seem to suggest there is an issue with the smart load sensor and spinning. Apparently spin performance is very poor when it's a light load due to the smart sensor.

I ordered it yesterday and it's due to arrive on Monday. Most of my loads are pretty full so I'm not that bothered. For the price it looks great and all the Hisense products I've had so far have been brilliant for the price (2x TVs and Fridge/Freezer).

Is there anything I should watch out for?
The very least you might expect from a washing machine is that it will get your clothes clean, but sadly this Hisense fails to get this basic task right. The cotton and synthetics programs both left plenty of stains on our laundry, so you're unlikely to be impressed when you unload the drum.

Is there anything else I need to know?
The instruction manual accompanying this washer isn't very helpful; ours didn't even mention the auto-dosing feature, and the illustration showed a different type of detergent drawer.

Should I buy it?
No. Although it has some handy features, we've made this washer a Don't Buy as it simply doesn't clean well enough.

In fairness, they do say its thrifty with electricity and quite quick for 9kg.
