Thanks , great find. Ordered one for kids bedroom. Brillant price. Never seen a 24 inch tv with DVD combo as cheap as this x

seems good wifi compatible with a dongle?

WOT blacklists this site !

Nice find.

Looks like you can make it WiFi compatible with a Veezy 200 dongle which can be bought from Argos for £25.

BTW, I'm after a 32"/37" TV with in-built BR or DVD player.

Anyone know of any manufacturers who make one?

Awesome

WOT ? World of tanks??? Is that all you care to comment? No proof or other information?

Heat! I got this from there thinking £130 delivered was better than £200 at Argos for the same thing.

Amazing little telly. Its not made by Hitachi but is just badged up Turkish tech.

Delivery was free and within about 4 days.

I bought a £30 Netgear dongle from Pixmania so I could use it with other things if it tool my fancy. Works a treat.

DLNA works like magic and it plays most stuff you throw at it. iPlayer is a really nice high def version and erm yeah I really can't fault it.

It is clearly ex Argos as all the 123/4567 style numbers are removed and the serial number modified should we say. Box was opened but item in absolutely mint nick and works perfect. Shop even offers 12m warranty with it too. So can't argue.

Heat from me. Any questions ask.

PS apologies for spelling there! Mobile keyboard ...

Oh and it even let's you sling YouTube from your phone to the telly and has an Hitachi remote app for controlling telly by phone or tablet too. Really impressed for the £.

Maybe they checked the hits it got yesterday which I was on and off all day viewing and comparing. Also had it in basket 3 times as I was Undecided.maybe they thought by reducing it slightly it would in courage sales. That my thought but probably way off the mark hahaha. Mine is going into my new caravan when it arrives
You still got a bargain and hope it brings you many years of joy

I guess you are not very computer savvy or aware of security software? the site has been known to contain malware,

Here is the link to the software that is widely recognized as good security software mywot.com/

Is that enough proof to back up my findings ? you might like to look and stop jumping to making silly non constructive comments that you have not got a clue on,this wastes peoples time..

If you need any more help or proof get back in touch before trying to be clever...

Rubbish. 1 report once ... by Yandex. Who? Hardly Symantec McAfee Sophos or any other major security firm. My WOT? Looks more like a spam/dodgy site itself.

Pay by credit card and you've nothing to worry about.

I had no issues. Telly arrived. No dubious card charges. Customer services retained my email enquiry within an hour. Listed in Google Shopping (where I found the deal that I got).

If there'd been several security alerts by companies I'd actually heard of (I work in IT) I'd maybe have concerns.

Forget it fella,if you cant take constructive comments that are proven and you have been on the web for 25 years and have never heard of Web of trust then I would suggest your a fool or back tracking...

Ah so resorting to insults of my proven track record on here eh !

Can your suggest what this has to do with the information i supplied, after you get of your high horse when the guns have stopped blazing...

Im not saying the operators of the web site are spammers or corrupt, but it looks like the web site could have been hacked at some time with malicious code without them knowing, this in turn could infect your computer if not protected...

Wot usually monitor's many inputs on peoples findings ie hundreds before a warning block of the web site is shown...

strange it only shows 1 instance though...

just though it would be worth mentioning to help others

got one of these a couple of weeks ago to be used as a PC Monitor for my mother in law as her vision is getting bad. due to this being a HD Ready display, it only has low resolution which makes it perfect for her. plays dvds really well, so a bonus.

Powerline adaptors or the tp-link nano router/AP that are regularly on offer here for under £15 would be better value.

You need to give them a call, mine is out for delivery today which ordered over the phone and have received text alerts.
Did you buy over web or phone?

Its OK now. It has now been delivered. From first impression its look really good. connected via LAN cable OK. Attempted to use my wireless dongle but did not detect it. Not sure what wireless dongle it wants. Picture and sound is good. Freeview HD is excellent. Have not tried the DVD drive yet.

Original Poster

Think you need a specific dongle.check hitachi site and then ebay..I'm on a count down. I have been tracking the delivery van on interlink express website.tells you your parcel no for example 70 and he doing 65 at the moment and what street he's at on the map

How do you use your DLNA?
Just trying to get a picture of how I am going to use this at my caravan, onsite have a internet connection(Wireless) and I want to connect my skybox to it, so I was planning to use a spare router I had lying around and configure it as on point of access, not sure if it will work or not but just trying different ideas
