No. It's a Vestel made unit. I had one and it has the most unreliable firmware I've ever come across. Regularly failed to do timer recorders and locked up which involved pulling the mains plug.

Cheap but not cheerful.

I tried one sometime ago and had to return it as it seemed totally unsuitable for my reception area. Now some considerable time later I have amassed enough knowledge to say the problem is when you can receive more than one TV transmitter at your location. The PVR seems unable to differentiate between the transmitters and produces multiple entries in the EPG (many in the Ch 800 region). The ONLY way to stop this is to (a) make sure you know your strongest transmitter (b) manually tune ONLY the channels from this transmitter. Don't ever try to add additional channels from other areas - the problems will start if you do (mainly missed recordings or part recordings and crashes). Personally I'd simply buy a better PVR.

Had two, both went back. Absolute rubbish.

I had to give up with the equivalent box - the box is made by vestel who completely screwed up the latest over the air update. The box has too many problems if you have version 4.8 installed. It is possible to downgrade it to version 3.4 which is much more stable although not perfect. Recordings are missed, box is very slow if you have a large number of timers etc.
If you want to read more take a look at Digital Spy for T835.
Until there is a new update I strongly suggest you will be extremely frustrated by this box.
